Tourism portal - Paratourism

The most dangerous countries for tourism - the top ten. List of countries where Russian tourists are not recommended to travel. Which countries are dangerous to go on vacation?

The Federal Tourism Agency cannot intimidate us: we have long been accustomed to dividing information about overseas infections and fevers into two. But there are objective reasons why it is better not to go to certain tourist places.

Even if it is safe there and there are no official prohibitions. It can be too crowded and dirty, excursions are limited, and the most interesting attractions are closed. Read where it is better not to go in 2018, so as not to be disappointed.

Netherlands, Amsterdam

Ordinary residents of the Netherlands are tired of tourists. The screaming, drunken crowds of young people who come to the city for affordable drugs are exhausting. Because of this, local authorities are slowly banning all those “interesting things” for which they go to Amsterdam. It is no longer possible to rent a “beer bike” - a bicycle on which 10-12 people ride at the same time and drink beer. The city introduced a tourist tax and banned the construction of souvenir shops and new hotels.

Amsterdam is no longer as attractive to tourists as it used to be. No, bicycles, river canals and beautiful architecture are still here. But if you are eager to see what the workers of the sex front look like in the red light district, then you are in for a cruel bummer. Since April 2018, strict restrictions have been introduced on visiting it. You can go there in excursion groups of no more than 20 people. Under no circumstances should you be drunk.

And most importantly, now tourists do not have the right to directly look at sex workers through their windows. Tour guides must ensure that everyone's back is to them. Well, so as not to offend the representatives of the most ancient profession with your close attention. It is also impossible to take a selfie against the backdrop of shop windows with “moths” - severe restrictions are imposed on the photo.

Croatia, Dubrovnik

The popularity of the tourist site suddenly fell - immediately after the release of the Game of Thrones episodes. Scenes were filmed in Dubrovnik in King's Landing, the capital of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros. The number of tourists to the city increased several times, and UNESCO threatened Croatia with taking away the city's status as a world heritage site. Too many people trample ancient paving stones and destroy medieval buildings every day. For example, once in 2016, 10.5 thousand people passed through the ancient fortresses in one day!

The Croatian authorities have decided to restrict access to almost all attractions. Now only 4,000 people a day can enter the ancient fortresses. The number of cruise ships that call at the port of Dubrovnik has also been reduced. It is now more difficult to see the main attractions - clear visiting hours have been established and the number of tourist groups has been agreed upon. So if you wanted to get to Dubrovnik, it’s better to do it in 2 years - by 2020 the restrictions are going to be lifted. Unless, of course, Dubrovnik is completely trampled by then.

Italy, Venice

A romantic gondola ride along the canals of Venice is the dream of almost every tourist. But it often turns into disappointment: the city’s canals are 50% garbage (and smell accordingly), crowds of people make it difficult to properly see the sights, and the inflated prices make your head spin.

20 million tourists come to Venice every year. The indigenous population of the city here is only 250 thousand people. Most tourists behave irresponsibly: they draw on the walls of ancient houses, use canals instead of toilets, and leave piles of garbage. The town becomes uninhabitable: pharmacies, supermarkets and shops are closing, but restaurants and hotels are opening.

Local residents are unhappy, so their attitude towards tourists is appropriate. Don't be surprised if you don't find sincere smiles and help from the indigenous people - they only see you as destroyers of their cultural heritage and the reason that their city may soon go under water. Before you go to Venice, think carefully about everything: are selfies against the backdrop of dirty canals and crowds of tourists worth the several thousand dollars that you will have to shell out for a week of vacation?

Spain, Barcelona and Mallorca

At the end of 2017, Spain was in the top three most popular countries for travel - right after France and the USA. But not everyone is enthusiastic about the development of tourism. Large resort towns are reaping the benefits of a constant influx of travelers: piles of garbage on the streets, an increase in the number of pickpockets and thieves, and damage to attractions by tourists. The Spaniards are fed up.

In Barcelona, the Arran youth group, a protest community of local residents, is increasingly gaining strength. In 2017, they caused a lot of noise: breaking windows on tourist buses, smashing yachts, throwing eggs at tourists and lighting smoke bombs in the crowd. The tires of bicycles that tourists rented were punctured. Signs were left on buses and luxury yachts: “Tourists, go home.” None of the foreigners were seriously injured, but the mood was clearly ruined. The group operates in the most popular places among tourists - the Costa Brava, Barcelona, Mallorca.

Among less radical locals, the level of “tourismophobia” is also growing (as the Spanish Minister of Tourism called the protests). In August 2017, a large-scale protest took place on the island, which was attended by thousands of residents. Local authorities in Spain strive to please everyone: both local residents and tourists. They promise to prevent new actions against tourists, while prohibiting the construction of new hotels in Barcelona and plan to introduce a tourist tax.

For tourists, restrictions are imposed on the use of public transport - excursion groups are not allowed to travel on city buses. The group size should now not exceed 25 people, which significantly increases the cost of excursions. In general, until the situation in Barcelona settles down, it is better to choose another vacation spot - for example, Costa Dorada or Tenerife.

Thailand, Similan Islands

Thai authorities are seriously concerned about the impact of tourists on nature. National parks are overcrowded with visitors, the seashore is strewn with garbage, and there are oil stains from boats and yachts in the water. In the near future, Thailand will introduce restrictions on visiting almost all National Parks (currently 61 out of 147 are temporarily closed) so that nature has time to recover from the crowds of tourists. At the same time, the Similan Islands still remain a paradise without dirt and with unique nature. The picturesque coastline, clean beaches, clear blue water and the best conditions for diving - all this attracts tourists.

But spending a vacation on the islands in 2018 is a so-so idea. Already, the water area is carefully guarded, and access to some islands is limited. You can't get here in spring and autumn - they are closed. Some of them (for example, Tachai Island) are completely prohibited for tourists. Soon such a fate awaits the entire Similan Islands National Park - this is what the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation of Thailand decided. So if you are planning to swim in the clear blue water or dive among the reefs, then stay tuned - you may be in for a bummer in the form of a complete ban on visiting.

Maldives, Male

But here it is worth listening to the recommendations of the Federal Tourism Agency: officials advise Russian tourists to put aside their dreams of the deserted beaches of the Maldives for now and fly on vacation to another place. A coup d'etat took place in the capital Male, and on February 4, a state of emergency was introduced in the country for a period of 15 days.

There are no signs of instability on the resort islands yet, but the capital is seething. Here, protests break out every now and then, processions take place, and clashes with the military are frequent. There is no information about the injured tourists. What will happen next is unclear. But representatives of India, China, Great Britain and Russia advise their citizens to be especially careful in Male - to avoid any crowds of people. Better yet, postpone your vacation until the situation changes.

Iceland, Reykjavik

If you suddenly decide to travel to Iceland, keep in mind that tourists are not particularly welcome here. Local residents worry about their volcanoes, waterfalls and lakes. Every year, 2.5 million tourists armed with selfie sticks trample untouched forests, pollute water bodies and write obscenities on rocks. Particularly affected is the Bruarfoss waterfall - one of the most beautiful places in Iceland, and at the same time, a popular backdrop for selfies. It will soon be impossible to get to the waterfall: previously, tourists walked straight through the pristine forest and the private property of local residents, but now access to it is blocked by activists.

The popularity of Iceland as a tourist destination is also associated with the well-known series. Fans of “Game of Thrones” come to see the northern beauty, leaving behind piles of garbage. Local residents are outraged, but the government remains on the sidelines for now. So don’t be surprised if during your trip you come across a blocked road or a ban on access to an attraction - this is how the locals protest against those who have come in large numbers.

But don’t worry - there are still plenty of places in the world where tourists are welcomed with open arms! Exotic India, tropical Vietnam and Chinese Hainan, budget Turkey and Greece - all these countries gladly welcome travelers from Russia and other countries. And the locals do everything possible to please tourists.

July 17th, 2011 , 08:25 pm

Or rather, there are two lists. The first included countries where “Russians should not go unless absolutely necessary” - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (by the way, vacationers in Croatia are offered a one-day trip to this country - one of the poorest in the Balkans), Kosovo, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Jammu and Kashmir region (India), Comoros, East Timor, southern Philippines, northern and eastern Sri Lanka, Algeria.
The second list, labeled as “study trips should also be avoided,” includes Angola, Burundi, Guinea-Bissau, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Somalia, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Haiti, Colombia, Solomon Islands and Fiji.

By continent:

1. Africa: Liberia, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Algeria, Sierra Leone, Burundi, Republic of the Congo, Somalia.

2. Latin America: Colombia.

3. Asia: Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, East Timor.

4. Europe: Bosnia and Herzegovina Kosovo, Albania.

There is no doubt that in the list of countries offered by Russian travel agencies, all of these countries are present, and anyone can enter their territory, but the company’s employees are obliged to warn you about the danger or, in extreme cases, name those areas or provinces to which it is better not to travel .

For example, it is highly not recommended to visit the territory of northern Cyprus (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus). The autonomy of this country is not recognized by any state in the world except Turkey itself. If you have troubles in this country, you will have nowhere to turn for help.
Under no circumstances should you buy real estate in this “republic”, because it belongs to Cypriots expelled by the Turks from the northern territories of Cyprus! However, illegal authorities sell real estate that does not belong to them as if it were their own!

The north and east of Sri Lanka is also an extremely unsafe place. A radical organization operates in that territory - the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, whose activities may also affect the civilian population, including tourists.

Another place where many radical organizations operate is the Philippines. Hostage-taking in this country is, unfortunately, commonplace.

Today, Haiti also poses a huge threat. The crime rate of this Latin country is the highest throughout the Caribbean, and the absence of diplomatic missions of the Russian Federation on the territory of this country guarantees you complete vulnerability in case of danger.

The Solomon Islands and Fiji Island, which are part of Oceania, are also not recommended by the Duma Committee for visiting as a tourist holiday. The reason is conflicts on interethnic grounds. There is no end in sight to the wars between the Malaita Eagles and the Isatabu Revolutionary Front.

In our opinion, there are no less dangerous countries that for some reason are not included in this “black” list. For example, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Western Sahara. If we talk only about Iran and Iraq, then, despite the absence of violent conflicts today, this does not bode well for visitors, since the situation is tense to the limit. As for Western Sahara, whose autonomy is not recognized by any country, or Ethiopia, which also constantly experiences wars in its provinces, there is nothing to say - the situation clearly does not imply peaceful tourist visits.

Zimbabwe, despite the fact that the country is popular among Russian tourists, traveling there is associated with a fairly large share of risk, due to the established dictatorship of Robert Mugabe, who announced the “dekulakization” of the white farming minority. Agree that the risk of being kidnapped or arrested just because of your race is not the best way to end your vacation.

Likewise, Indonesia today cannot boast of a stable and balanced political environment. Aceh province is still experiencing fierce civil wars, due to which it can be considered the country's hottest spot. Nearby Jakarta or Bali are the most common resorts to which all guests of this country flock.

It's no secret that for Zimbabwe and Indonesia, foreign tourists represent a huge income, which fully explains their desire to hide everything that a person coming on vacation should not see.

Mountains of garbage, dangerous water, syringes in the sand, a huge number of people and radiation - these things certainly do not paint a beach holiday. Our selection includes the worst beaches on the planet, where it is better not to go at all.

Kamilo Beach, Hawaii

This Hawaiian beach is very unlucky with its location - currents wash various waste onto it from almost all over the world. Most garbage is plastic, which takes a long time to decompose and causes serious harm to the environment. Half-decomposed waste took root on the beach, which is why the sand here began to be called plastic. Hawaiians are trying to clean up the beach, but all efforts are in vain. It's all because of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, which provides more and more new supplies of garbage to Camilo Beach. As a result, the beach looks unpresentable and is dangerous for the health of vacationers.

Bikini Atoll, Marshall Islands

Bikini Atoll is a beautiful secluded place where no one will disturb vacationers, but it became so because of US nuclear tests. In 1946-1958 In the area of the atoll and on nearby islands, 67 explosions of atomic and hydrogen bombs were carried out, which led to great destruction on the islands. The population was evacuated, but according to statistics, more than 800 people still died from cancer that developed after the explosions. Now the amazing beauty of the Pacific Ocean is combined with an unfavorable background radiation. Of course, the destructive effect is no longer the same, but staying here for a long time is still very dangerous for your health.

Durres, Albania

Durres is a key Albanian port and one of the country's most popular beaches. During the high season, it is impossible to find a hotel room or even a couple of free meters on the beach. The Adriatic Sea pleases with pleasant water, but the huge number of people reduces the pleasure to nothing - you won’t be able to sunbathe properly or calmly splash around in the water here.

Bajos de Haina, Dominican Republic

The Caribbean has given the world a huge number of beautiful beaches, but Bajos de Haina in the Dominican Republic is clearly not one of them. His problem is a nearby car battery factory, which is heavily polluting the surrounding area with lead. This area is densely populated, and studies have shown that its residents have prohibitive levels of lead in their blood. Measurements show that the lead content in the soil exceeds the generally accepted norm by several thousand times. This causes lead poisoning and many dangerous diseases - eye problems, congenital deformities and even mental disorders. Relaxing on Bajos de Haina is indeed extremely dangerous for your health, and in the Dominican Republic there are enough much more attractive beaches to bypass this leaden “paradise”.

Philip Bay, Australia

An unpleasant incident once happened on this Australian beach - a child pricked himself with a needle from a syringe found in the sand and ended up in the hospital. Since then, Philip Bay has gained notoriety as a litter-strewn beach with incompetent lifeguards who do not keep a good eye on the situation. The city authorities tried to rehabilitate themselves and organized a general cleanup on the beach, removing several tons of garbage, but the situation did not change much. Strong surf and unscrupulous vacationers constantly provide the beach with new portions of garbage, and the reputation does not improve.

Repulse Bay, Hong Kong

Repulse Bay is a controversial place. On the one hand, this is an amazingly beautiful place with clean sand, no waves due to a neat bay and beautiful views of skyscrapers on the shore. This is exactly how travel agencies advertise this beach, calling it one of the most beautiful places on earth. But there is another side - the industrial boom in the country and the frantic pace of construction have led to serious contamination of both water and the beach with chemical elements. The concentration of some dangerous elements is several times higher, and algae actively multiply in the water, destroying marine life and leaving an unpleasant odor on swimsuits. Local authorities are actively working to clean up the beach, but Repulse Bay is still a dangerous place, so, as they say, go at your own risk.

Maho, St Martin's Island

From the point of view of a beach holiday, Maho is an ideal place with clear water and clean sand, but there is one problem - the nearby international airport, and “nearby” in the literal sense of the word. Huge planes fly right over the heads of holidaymakers, and the first few landings leave a lasting impression. But then the other side of the coin appears - the noise of engines and powerful air flows from turbines make relaxing on the beach unbearable. You can visit Maho for the thrill, but it is not suitable for relaxation.

“Oh summer, red summer, be with me,” sang the parrot Kesha from the cartoon of the same name. Yes, yes, dear readers, summer is very close - before you have time to blink an eye, the sun will begin to bake your heads and shoulders. If you have planned a vacation and are still wondering where to go on vacation at sea in the summer of 2019 inexpensively and safely? — We have selected for you the best safe and inexpensive popular places to relax this summer 2019.

If the budget allows, I would go to exotic countries and take my children with me - you can choose the optimal solution and a decent country abroad, where nothing would interfere with your beach holiday - a paradise for yourself, a paradise for your loved ones. But... Money sometimes plays an important role.

Then you better take a closer look at our Black Sea South. Remember what our parents used to say: let’s go south, to the Black Sea. And they were right - since there is nothing more healing than sea air. Far from the noise and bustle of the city, I wouldn’t mind relaxing, but what awaits us... And if you really “tighten up your belt,” then look around you.

To be honest, we wouldn’t have gone anywhere, but stayed in Russia. If only we could get out of the city, closer to the river, to nature, to mushrooms and berries - to the village or to the country. Here, in our opinion, is the safest and most inexpensive place to spend your vacation in the summer of 2019.

But this is only the practical side of the issue. Where to go on vacation in the summer depends on many factors, including your desire to visit a country you have never been to before. And some never went anywhere further than “their own nose.”

Here are just some of the factors that may affect your vacation this summer:

  • The first is planning at work. Unexpected problems may arise here due to the illness of one or another colleague. And you, unfortunately, will be asked to replace it.
  • Secondly, a vacation with an away holiday, whether abroad or to the south of Russia, is accompanied by financial costs. And sometimes, not small ones. Just the same, a lot depends on these financial capabilities - whether you will relax in a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel, how many people will go on vacation with you, a country with high economic indicators and, accordingly, with an expensive tourist service.
  • Thirdly, the situation in the world. And it is far from comforting - unauthorized rallies, strikes and uprisings are breaking out here and there. And even worse, the military situation is developing and the atmosphere of rebellion is heating up. Safety when traveling away from home is paramount - who and where will go on vacation at sea in the summer of 2019? In addition, the embargo (seizure) imposed on our country has not yet been lifted in all countries. And this can provoke conflict situations.
  • Fourthly, in light of recent events, there seem to be no high-profile problems with travel agencies in the tourism market. But it’s still worth sticking to the golden mean and purchasing tours from trusted companies. And the best information about them as reliable service providers is the feedback from their friends and acquaintances who have already had the experience of going, relaxing and returning without any problems.

There is still something we can do to dissuade you from going on vacation abroad at sea in the summer of 2019, but we won’t do that. You will still do what you want. Remember only those rules that you need to follow before going on vacation abroad.

  • Choose the right reliable tour operator. If necessary, check it out - look at the reviews.
  • Find information on the Internet about the country where you are going to go on vacation. Learn at least basic phrases
  • Provide yourself with insurance. Although you should already have this insurance included in the cost of the tour.
  • Study and check the route. That is, know how to get to the hotel, where the nearest consulate is, the police and the place of first aid.

At the end of the article you can see what trusted and reliable sources we use:

  • Modern and relevant, proven search engines for package tours (“All inclusive”);
  • Tour operators of excursion tours around the world;
  • Travel insurance, which really works and, God forbid, provides enormous assistance in case of insured events;
  • Reservation and sale of tickets: railway, air and bus;
  • Rental of cars, scooters, motorcycles, bicycles and ATVs;
  • Incredible excursions from locals;
  • Search for recreation centers in Russia;
  • Quick online purchase of a visa with home delivery;
  • Rent cheap housing, including from the owners themselves.

Where to go on vacation abroad in the summer of 2019, inexpensively and safely?

The cheapest holiday abroad can be interpreted in two ways: you can get into trouble, since everything that is free is in a mousetrap, and if you approach this issue more seriously, you will have to refuse the services of travel agencies and do everything yourself.

We have selected several directions for you: Europe and Asia. The calculation takes into account a seven-day vacation for two in inexpensive but comfortable hotels with a moderate appetite, without air tickets. The price does not include expenses for various “wants” such as sightseeing tours, shopping and entertainment.

If you haven’t decided where to go on holiday at sea in the summer of 2019, inexpensively and safely, in Europe, then look at these countries:

  • Bulgaria

You won’t be able to get here with a Schengen visa, since the country is not included in this zone. But if you are lucky enough to visit Cyprus, Romania or Croatia, then these visas are valid, otherwise you need to purchase them. All-inclusive price – from 28,000 rubles for a week-long vacation at sea for two. Budget resorts and beaches – Ahtopol, Riviera, Sveti Konstantin and Elena, Sozopol. Among the famous, but more expensive, are Golden Sands, Albena, Sunny Beach.

  • Montenegro

If your vacation lasts no more than 30 days, then you do not need a visa at all. How much does it cost to soak up the sea in Montenegro in the summer for a week for two – from 32,000 rubles. The most budget beach resort is Petrovac. Next in our opinion is Podgorica and beyond: the resorts of the Bay of Kotor - Perast, Risan, Koshtanica, Tivat, Herceg Novi, the resorts of the Adriatic coast - Budva, Becici, Rafailovici, Sveti Stefan, Bar.

  • Türkiye

Here's where to go on holiday at sea in the summer of 2019, inexpensively and safely - this is Turkish Antalya. Visa-free country, but only for 60 days. All hotels operate the “All Inclusive” system - prices start from 26,000 rubles. The exchange rate of the Turkish lira has really fallen, and therefore is several times cheaper than in other countries. Look:

  • Greece

At the time you are reading this article, your visa to Greece may have already been cancelled. If not, then a Schengen visa is in your hands. An inexpensive holiday at sea in the summer of 2019 for two for 7 days will cost you from 33 thousand Russian rubles. We advise you to go on holiday to the island of Crete. As well as the island of Rhodes, the resort of Kallithea, the islands of Kos and Corfu, the Halkidiki peninsula, the city of Thessaloniki.

  • Cyprus

Stunning beaches and natural paradises. You will have to apply for a visa. The cost of staying on a white sandy beach in Cyprus starts from 38,000 rubles. The most budget resort is Larnaca, Limassol has the most of our vacationers, and the newest one is Ayia Napa.

  • Italy

Another European country with a safe holiday, but not cheap. For two – from 40 thousand. One of the popular ones is Rimini, then Amalfi and Milano Mirittima, San Remo and Lido de Isolo. In Italy, security is at the highest level - carabinieri walk the streets everywhere.

Europe is by far the most popular holiday destination among Russians. Since it is located nearby, flight tickets are not expensive, the beaches and resorts are all famous. The only thing that scares away tourists and travelers is the conflict situation in political life. Because of which everyone suffers: both local residents and guests.

Where to go on vacation at sea in the summer of 2019 inexpensively and safely in Asia?

If European countries attract our fellow countrymen with their close location and “well-trodden paths,” then the Asian continent is still new to us, at least there is somewhere to go to relax peacefully and quietly.

There is another problem - rainy weather prevails in Asia in the summer. Therefore, our tourists are afraid that they will not be able to have a decent rest. But I assure you that even if it rains, it will not be an obstacle to a pleasant pastime, since it will both begin and end – quickly and unnoticeably. It’s just that the idea that it rains in Asia in the summer has been spun out by stories from travelers and ignorant tour operators.

Well, let them think that there is bad weather there. This means there will be much fewer people, and accordingly prices for accommodation, food and entertainment will fall. Asia already has cheap food and inexpensive housing. But the flight – not everyone can afford air tickets. Such a high cost is due to the range of the distance.

Even with a not very good forecast, the safest and most inexpensive place to go on vacation at sea in the summer of 2018 is Thailand, the coast of the Gulf of Thailand, the resorts of Pattaya and Samui.

And now we present to your attention where you can relax in the summer at sea, in the South Asian direction:

  • Thailand. Pattaya

For a week of vacation for the two of you, you will have to fork out 18,000 rubles. You see, the prices are absolutely ridiculous, but round trip plane tickets start from 46,000 Bank of Russia. In addition to Pattaya, you can visit Bangkok, Phuket, Siam. By the way, for children, if you are going on vacation with children, they organize trips to the Thai Disneyland “Dream World”.

  • Vietnam

This country receives so many guests from Russia that it has become Russified. The prices, I can tell you, are more affordable than even in Thailand. For example, one day in a hotel costs 8 bucks. Based on conservative estimates, for two you will spend from 9,000 rubles. Try to find it cheaper somewhere else - it’s unlikely. Anyone who wants to visit Vietnam - the resorts for you are Nha Trang, Da Nang, for diving - Con Dao Island.

  • India. Goa

Just choose destinations in North Goa - it’s cheaper here. From 16 thousand rubles you will have to pay for accommodation and food, and additional minor expenses. Visa required.

  • China. Hainan Island

Like Hawaii, it’s warm here all year round. Tourists have chosen this place relatively recently. On this island you can have a great summer vacation at sea. Only prices start at 32,000 Russian rubles for two people for a week, and to get there, it’s better not to ask, you understand, the distance is 40-100 thousand for one ticket.

We would also offer you such options where to go on a summer vacation at sea inexpensively and safely - Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia (and in particular the island of Bali) - but this will no longer be a budget option.

Where to go on vacation at sea in summer 2019 inexpensively and safely in Russia?

Here we come to tourist destinations in Russia. Let's, friends, in order. You need to understand that prices here rise during the holiday season, some of them significantly.

And if you still make up your mind and don’t know where to relax with your child at sea in 2019, then let’s go through Russian resorts and see:

  • Anapa

The largest in terms of the number of tourists. Here dozens, if not thousands, of people bask in the sun and swim in the sea. If you want privacy and not hear the din of a noisy crowd, then it is better to stay in the province of Anapa. For example, the village of Dzhemete, where there is an amazing ten-kilometer beach with delicate sand, and if you are with children, there is a large water park. You can just as calmly relax in Vityazevo – there is a shallow sea. By money: Cost of living

  • Crimea

In Crimea you can sunbathe on the sand by the sea. There is little entertainment for children, and what remains of the Soviet Union. Today the Crimean Peninsula is part of Russia. Old resorts are just being built and improved. We would, to be honest, hold off on going there. And the prices are much higher than in other summer holiday destinations in Russia. Look:

  • Gelendzhik

And here the prices will immodestly “bite” you. But you will be able to relax and have fun. The largest water park in Europe - children will be happy. But during the season, you can leave as much money as you would spend on a trip abroad, and not to the most budget-friendly country.

  • Sochi 2019

New Sochi is waiting for you with open arms. All my life this city has been a vacation spot. And now, after the Olympics, it has become even more beautiful and, accordingly, more expensive.
Last minute tours in Russia today can be found at very attractive prices!

  • Tuapse

The resort is a little cheaper than in Sochi. And a place for a relaxing holiday at sea with the whole family with children.

Where can you safely relax with your family now? After the latest events in Egypt and Paris, everyone who is thinking about an upcoming vacation has to think about whether there are still safe places on the planet where you can calmly relax from everyday work, without looking back at every bearded man and without anxiously looking at someone else’s luggage.

Since the fall of 2015, Europe has created a problem for many Russians living far from the capital with its numerous consular departments; obtaining a Schengen visa has suddenly become a very difficult task, and terrorist attacks in Paris, the abundance of emigrants even in resort Spain are turning the previously desired Europe into not A very pleasant and comfortable place for a family holiday.

As I already wrote in the summer, even in the quiet and one hundred percent Spanish resort town of Salou where we were vacationing, emigrants staged formal pogroms in broad daylight, and the police did practically nothing, I think, for fear of offending the non-indigenous population.

Olesya, calm down... you can’t convince them... look at this... statements from anonymous people)))) but where is the true face??? it’s useless... they’re just using brainwashing... and creating panic here ...
Girls, I am not an interested person, I am not connected with tourism... I am one of those who have already bought tickets, and our departure is 06/08.
A good friend of my godmother sold us travel packages, I contacted him, his tourists fly to Turkey every day, and no one is going to cancel the tour, plus those who left earlier are vacationing there, he spoke with him on Skype, everyone is also calm... I have a 2-month-old baby flying with us, and he wouldn’t put us in danger if he doubted anything... but he told us to pack our bags and rest easy
Yes, there are unrest in Turkey, but they have nothing to do with resort areas!!!
And also, maybe it will reassure someone... I don’t really remember what year, but in my opinion in 2006, there were a number of terrorist attacks in Turkey that were reported on TV...

Let me make a reservation right away: the phrase “Where to go on vacation abroad” implies that the vacation should be eventful and varied. Otherwise, it’s better to buy a box of vodka and go to the dacha: it will be cheaper, but the effect will be the same.

So, we have considered the “Nowhere” item. And now – about where to go on holiday abroad in 2016.

Many people are now abandoning foreign tours due to the economic crisis, the fall of the ruble and the rising dollar. Some people do this because they really cannot afford a holiday abroad in 2016. But many people refuse to travel only because they don’t know where to go on vacation abroad on a budget. But there are many such places! And in this article we will look at three of them - the cheapest, in my opinion (we do not take Ukraine and Belarus into account).

Since we are talking about 2016, when the ruble exchange rate is very low, we will consider only those cities and countries where you can travel inexpensively. I present to you three places where to go on vacation...

Where to go on vacation abroad in the summer of 2017 at sea? Inexpensive and safe

Summer has come. This is the time when you want to forget about everything in the world and enjoy life. Where is the best place to do this? Naturally by the sea! Terrorist attacks in Tunisia put tourism in this country at risk

The threat of terrorist attacks and political instability are factors that can put an end to even the most famous tourist destinations.

Thus, Egypt, which for ten years remained one of the main holiday destinations, is now practically deserted. Türkiye was also under the threat of terrorist attacks. And the migrants who arrived in Germany create problems that Europe has not faced for a very long time.

The Observer decided to find out which of the once popular tourist destinations now pose a danger to travelers.

The flows of migrants arriving in Europe every day are already creating problems that threaten not only the safety of ordinary citizens, but even the very existence of the Schengen zone and the European Union.

Austria mobilized the army to control the borders and also suspended the Schengen agreement. Denmark previously closed its border with Germany. In your...

Comrades, the essence of the matter is as follows.
My ex-wife and her MCH decided to go to the seaside in October, taking with them our common seven-year-old daughter. I am an adult but a very impressionable person, I worry quite a lot about my daughter. Even when they are driving from the dacha, I call once every half hour - this is probably such a bad habit.
So here it is.
I won’t go into the details of our relationship with BZ. I will only say that they are not always smooth, but at the same time there are frequent glimpses of human relationships.
I was told about plans for a trip to the sea plus or minus a month ago.
I immediately voiced my position: a holiday for a child at sea is good, but not Turkey (just during those days there was heat, hell, Israel and a coup d’etat.
They answered me that because... The travel budget is small, perhaps Türkiye will be, but not a fact. I objected that I did not agree with this stupidity and would be against such an extreme trip.
As a result, a few days ago I was informed that the trip...

Have you decided to go abroad? Wonderful! Do you know how to properly prepare for a trip abroad? Many, even those who have never been abroad, will understand that when planning a trip, you need to have information about it. However, it is necessary to emphasize important points once again, because often you have thought about them “why should it be this way?” Now we will try to explain everything to you in detail.

So, we are going abroad: where to start? The easiest way to travel outside your homeland is to find a travel agent. Of course, you can go, as they say, “savage”, i.e. on one's own. Without the help of a travel agent, but in this case you need to know exactly where you are going, why, and what the conditions are. Any little thing when you are driving “savage” needs to be thought over a thousand times so as not to get into an unpleasant situation.

What is a travel agent? A travel agent is a company that will take care of your vacation:...

After the terrorist attacks in Egypt and France, tourists froze in anticipation. Many have postponed planned trips and are not taking the risk of booking tours. In the meantime, hotels in popular resorts are operating as usual, and access to European attractions is still open to guests.

Is it safe to travel abroad now? Where to vacation next summer? Will you really have to say goodbye to your usual holidays in Egypt and Turkey? What new destinations have appeared on the tourism market? The founder and general director of the CENTER FOR GLOBAL TOURISM, Andrey Filippovsky and Alexey Chebanov, answer our readers’ questions.

Many tourists are interested in the question, how safe is it now in popular resorts?

Every day, tourists from the GLOBAL TOURISM CENTER arrive from Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada. Let's not hide: there are fewer vacationers. However, this did not affect work in hotels, where security measures have been strengthened. Each hotel has its own security service, which monitors the situation...

The wife and children returned from Truskavets.
Briefly from her words.
The atmosphere is calm, the attitude of local residents towards Russians is good and friendly. There are quite a lot of Russians in Truskavets. Cars with Russian license plates were even spotted. We stayed there for two weeks, rented a house... quite large, probably 6 rooms, two floors. 600 hryvnia per day (approximately 30 dollars). You can shoot room by room. My family and I went, so we rented a whole house. Plenty of housing is much cheaper.
The hosts came to sit for an acquaintance, served some wine, and baked a homemade cake. They fed them with cottage cheese and eggs from their farm.
We went on excursions to Lviv, to the Pochaev Lavra, to Mount Play http://grand-ukraine.com.ua/ski/mountain-skier_resorts_of_ukraine/ski_resots/26 to go skiing. The attitude is good everywhere. At ski resorts the situation is like this - the owners...

Many tourists are now wondering whether holidays in Egypt are dangerous, and if so, how dangerous. In fact, at present the political situation in this state is calmer than, say, some time ago, but there are still areas in which the situation remains quite tense. However, the resorts themselves, located on the Mediterranean and Red Sea coasts, are not affected by riots and demonstrations, so they are quite safe here. The main danger for tourists does not lie in the unstable political situation.

Safety on excursions

Those who like to explore foreign countries on their own should remember that traveling around Egypt alone (not as part of an excursion group) is dangerous. It is also highly undesirable to go on excursions organized by local residents - there is a high probability of running into serious trouble. Book tours and excursions through Russian tour operators.

Before booking a tour to Egypt...

When choosing where to go abroad for a winter holiday, many people prefer excursion tours to Western Europe. The most inexpensive destinations are to Bosnia, Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is reported by health info.

You can see many attractions in just one trip. However, keep in mind that New Year's tours need to be booked in advance, as the demand for them is quite high.

Where to relax in winter abroad? Beach lovers can go to Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand or Goa, where the velvet season continues.

Most people choose Egypt, since the flight to this country is short, the level of service here is high, and prices are relatively low.

The most popular holiday destination is Sharm el-Sheikh on the Red Sea coast. In winter, the air temperature during the day reaches +25...+27°С, the average water temperature is +23...+24°С.

Another popular holiday destination abroad in winter 2016 is...

Considering the rather difficult situation in the world, when planning a vacation, a very serious question arises: where is it safe to go on vacation abroad now, and which destinations should be avoided? There have long been lists of countries that are officially recognized as unsafe for tourists. These include Afghanistan, Pakistan, Congo, Algeria, and Nigeria. Most of the most dangerous countries for tourists are located in Africa; by the way, they are not very interesting to visit, so let’s move on to more relevant destinations.

Where is it safe to go on vacation abroad now?

According to the UN, Colombia and Brazil have very high crime rates. It is believed that in many regions of these countries, holidays are completely unsafe. It is recommended to refrain from traveling to Turkey due to recent political events, as well as to Egypt. At all times, traveling to Europe was considered the safest, but recently, given the current situation with refugees, some...

I live in a more “dangerous” place for Muscovites - in the Dnieper. And then, for me, the danger for citizens of the Russian Federation is somehow mythical. Forty percent of my acquaintances who support the policy of Ukraine are Russian. Of these, 95 percent are Russian-speaking. The same ratio is among those who went to fight in volunteer battalions in the ATO. Another question is which side has more Russians... So no matter how nationally inclined people are, they do not identify their problems with the “Russian” nationality. Not only in Odessa, even in Lviv.
The only strong emotion that Muscovites evoke in me personally is pronunciation. When we first met, I thought for about an hour that the guys were joking and didn’t really say that. :)
My only advice is not to share your knowledge gleaned from the TV screen with local residents. Then people can really get into an aggressive state - due to complete...

On November 17, the FSB confirmed the version of the crash of a Russian plane in Egypt, which began to be discussed on social networks in the first hours after the disaster. Terrorist attack. This, together with the ban on flights to Egypt and the tragedy in Paris, further undermined the country's tourism industry.

AiF-Volgograd asked travel companies and tourists themselves how Russians now feel about holidays abroad.

Travel agencies: business has stopped, but we are still holding on

An employee of a Volgograd travel agency, Oksana, admits that recently the flow of tourists has decreased significantly.

“Business has practically stopped, but we are holding on for now,” says Oksana. – Tourists are afraid to fly. Those who used to constantly vacation abroad and fly there, of course, will not give up their habits. But tourists who wanted to go on a foreign tour for the first time now do not want to fly. They’d rather go to Dombay by bus.”

According to Oksana, after the ban on flights to Egypt,...
