Virtual tour of Thailand. Sightseeing tour of Pattaya

Pattaya (Thai: เมืองพัทยา, Phatthaya; spellings - Pattaya, Phattaya, Pattaya, Pataya) is a resort city in the southeast of Thailand. Located on the eastern coast of the Gulf of Thailand, approximately 165 km southeast of Bangkok. Located in Chonburi province. The city's name literally means "southwest wind at the beginning of the rainy season." Population - 115,840 registered residents (as of 2015), the real population exceeds 500 thousand residents (including tourists during the peak season). Thus, for the entire 2005, about 5.4 million tourists were registered; in 2011, about 2 million tourists visited the city during the season. Pattaya is a self-governing municipal unit covering the districts of Nak Lua, Nong Pra and parts of Huayai and Nongpla Lai districts. The city is located in the so-called East Coast Industrial Zone of Thailand. At the same time, the city remains predominantly a tourist center, and industry is poorly developed.

The climate is subequatorial. The average annual minimum is 24.9 °C (with variations from 22 °C in December to 27 °C in May-June). The average annual maximum is 31.2 °C (with variations from 30 °C in December to 33 °C in April). The city has a clearly defined wet season, which lasts most of the year, from March to November inclusive, and is clearly dependent on the level of solar radiation. The greatest amount of precipitation falls in May (the first maximum), and in September-October (the second, main maximum). In June-August, precipitation decreases as the sun retreats further into the Northern Hemisphere. The dry season lasts from December to February. During this period, precipitation is very rare, which makes this time optimal for relaxation.

A popular resort in Thailand, where numerous types of entertainment demanded by vacationers are concentrated. Almost the entire coastal strip is occupied by beaches, and the water off the coast is always quite muddy. The accommodation infrastructure includes more than 250 hotels and over 400 guest houses. There are two paid water parks at the Pattaya Park and Centara Grand Mirage hotels, the Khao Kheo open-air zoo, the Sriracha tiger zoo, and the Pattaya Dolphins dolphinarium. 40 kilometers from the city is Utapao International Airport, from where you can fly to Phuket and Koh Samui.

Attractions

Not far from the city there are several crocodile, tiger, elephant and oyster farms, where all kinds of performances with animals, tastings are constantly held, and there is a good aquarium “Underwaterworld”. There is also the beautiful Madame Nong Nooch botanical garden with one of the most beautiful orchid parks in Southeast Asia. Directly in the city there is a park of miniature copies of world attractions Mini Siam. There are no significant historical or architectural attractions in the city; there is a small temple complex, Wat Chaimonkron (Temple of Doom) on South Street and the Temple of Truth, a wooden temple under construction on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand, as well as the palace and park complex Baan Sukhawadi (Palace of the Chicken King...

Virtual tour of Pattaya, also called virtual walk, This is the best way to see in detail the main streets and alleys of this famous resort town. In the new version of the program presented below, you immediately find yourself in Pattaya at the beginning of the city's most famous street, Walking Street, for which many come to Pattaya or want to make at least a virtual trip here. Also, the advantage of the new version of the script is updated photographs taken in 2012-2013 in 3D format, while the old version, presented on 95% of sites about Thailand, presents outdated photographs from 2008-2009, showing the terrain in such a dynamically developing city, like Pattaya, it is simply outdated and does not give a real idea of the current state of the resort.

In order to take a virtual tour of Pattaya, just use the mouse, zooming in or out of objects using the scroll wheel, clicking on points (arrows) on the streets to move to them, and also performing a panoramic view using the same mouse by holding down the left key, or the left and right buttons on the keyboard. During a virtual walk, you can examine in detail panoramic 360-degree photos of streets and buildings located on the sides, zooming in with the mouse wheel or double-clicking on the object of interest to you.

Moreover, the new version of the program, thanks to the ability to turn on the 3D effect, allows you to immerse yourself much deeper into the atmosphere of this extraordinary city, especially when viewed on a large TV screen in the “Full Screen” mode (you can expand the image by clicking on the upper right corner of the program window. To quickly navigate in the lower right corner of the program there is a city map along which you need to move the orange man. Attention: The map may not be displayed in the Opera browser. ZD mode no longer works since 2015!

Virtual tour of Pattaya - what is it for?

Firstly, it’s simply interesting to take such a walk, because Pattaya is a very colorful and unique city. Secondly. With the help of a virtual tour of Pattaya, you can better prepare for your upcoming trip to this city by exploring the area near your chosen hotel, as well as remembering the location of the main tourist sites. Unlike any, with the help of which the city can be studied only schematically, i.e. in the projection from above, the virtual walk is much more interesting, visual and informative.

You can make a significant impression on a friend, friend or company with whom you are going to Pattaya for the first time, by being excellent at navigating an unfamiliar city and quickly finding your way to the right place. Thirdly, with the help virtual tour of Pattaya You can indulge in nostalgia for a long time after returning home, taking a walk along famous streets and indulging in pleasant memories. The quality of panoramic photographs is very high, so it is not difficult to see the signs of shops, discos, bars and hotels.

In the near future in order to virtual walk around Pattaya and other resorts in Thailand, including, did not present any difficulties for all visitors to the site, I will post detailed instructions on how to use this truly revolutionary and useful service in every sense. I also want to warn you once again about the undesirable use of the old version of the program with outdated photographs that can mislead you. During my last trip, I was faced with the fact that the landmarks that remained in my memory when planning walking tours around the city no longer exist: many signs have changed, some objects have changed their profile and name, new hotels and Go-Go bars have opened. Moreover, some of the buildings marked in photographs from five years ago no longer exist in reality, and more modern ones were built in their place.

You can distinguish the old version from the current one by its appearance: if you see a window divided into 2 (or 3) parts, with a map with blue dots at the bottom, and movement around the city follows blue circles with arrows, you have an outdated version ( see comparative photos above: on the right is the new version from our website, on the left is the outdated version). You can see for yourself that many of the objects present in the photographs in it no longer exist at the present time. It is enough to take a “Virtual Tour” of the same Walking Street in both versions of the program to make sure that the photographs in the old version are outdated. In addition, since 2015, in the new version, all streets available for study are superimposed with its name, which allows you to navigate the area even better. In 2017, the program was updated and now you can see most of the panoramic photos of Pattaya as of the end of 2016.

Virtual tour of Pattaya with 3D photos

Note: In order for photos to be displayed in 3D mode in a virtual tour of Pattaya, you need to right-click on the program window and select “3D mode on”. The 3D mode is turned off in the same way (you should select 3D mode off"). 3D mode does not work in the new version of the program!!! I wish you a pleasant virtual trip!!!

This article begins a description of our new travels in America. In general, I didn’t think that we would travel such a distance again, but my husband retired, and having nothing to do, he suddenly developed a craving for distant travels. And since our visa to the USA had not yet expired, we decided to use the opportunity to ride unhindered, and Ksyusha supported us. So, it took almost 24 hours to get from Almaty to Los Angeles: 6 hours to Istanbul and more than 13 hours from Istanbul to Los Angeles, plus the transfer took 2.5 hours. To relieve stress from such a long flight, I would like to communicate with nature, but in such a way that it does not take a long time to get to it.

Let me start with the fact that all over the world (including, oddly enough, even) brown signs indicate some sites of interest to tourists - natural and cultural attractions, museums, historical monuments. But not in Review. There is practically nothing to look at in Obzor, so absolutely all available signs here are brown. Of the new ones, anyway. (Everything that really should have brown pointers is listed in the note)

Well, I thought I was done with traveling in Germany, but it turns out there are still a lot of impressions left in my thoughts and photographs. And recently Ksyusha recalled one short trip to the village of Pehau. Now this is not a village, but a part of Magdeburg, one of its districts, and it is located 5 km from Altstadt on the right bank of the Elbe, between the Old Elbe and the Ele River. We went there at the end of the day, just for a walk, but it also has its own attractions and its own history. Pehau was first mentioned in written sources in 948 as “Pechovi” (from Slovak - stove, hearth, and from Proto-Slavic - anxiety). At that time, the Elbe River served as the border between the Holy Roman Empire of the German nation and the Slavic Morzan tribes. The old village of Pehau is attributed to the Morzan ring fortification. With the arrival of

Immediately after June 22, I will publish part 3 of the book about the Monument to the Soviet Soldier-Liberator in Treptower Park. The two previous parts were about , and about . This part will be about the construction process.

Before the project became reality...

The order was given - and the work began to boil

On June 4, 1947, the Commander-in-Chief of the Group of Soviet Occupation Forces in Germany, Marshal of the Soviet Union V.D. Sokolovsky, issued order No. 139, which ordered the construction of monuments to Soviet soldiers in the Berlin districts of Treptow and Pankow-Schönholz.

Tickets to the UAE for the May holidays were purchased in the form of a voucher along with accommodation in Sharjah on the first line and half board. It came out to about 500 bucks per person. The Fly Dubai flight is considered a low-cost airline, although 20 kg of luggage per person is included in the ticket. This year, at this time, Oraza just began - the Muslim fast during the holy month of Ramadan. At this time, prices fall and life in the Emirates almost comes to a standstill.

This introductory story will be about the journey both there and back.

A little about Almaty airport. There is a smoking room - it was moved down the stairs and placed almost on the street behind bars. There are no signs pointing to it from the waiting room. The bar with beer for 3500 tenge remained, but a bar with the same beer for 1200 tenge appeared right next to it. Comfortable

Since Fly Dubai is an inexpensive company, they take you to the planes by bus. And Air Astana is connected to the sleeve.

Honfleur was the last city on our trip to northwestern France. It is located in the Normandy region at the mouth of the Seine. It was first mentioned in written sources in 1027 as the possession of the Norman Duke Richard III. Until the 16th century, Honfleur was a major port; trade with England passed through it, and from here pirates ravaged the English coast. But over time, Honfleur harbor began to silt up and ships with deep draft had to wait for the tide to get to the port. King Francis I in 1517 decided to build a new port on the English Channel - Le Havre. The economic importance of Honfleur as a port has since been very small.

I will continue to publish a book about the Monument to the Soviet Soldier-Liberator in Berlin. The first part was published earlier - vol. This part is about the memorial itself and about the war.

An ensemble of extraordinary expressive power

And now we invite you to visit the memorial ensemble and get to know it better both as a whole and with its individual elements, looking at it through the eyes of the sculptor E. V. Vuchetich.

“On both sides, the territory is limited by transport highways: Pushkinallee and Am Treptower Parkstrasse. Surrounded by a wall of mighty century-old plane trees, the future monument was completely isolated from this area of Berlin with its architecture, and this freed us from the need to reckon with it. Entering the park, a person disconnects from city life and falls entirely under the influence of the monument.

Just a bunch of photos from the city. Not the most interesting, but I think they are quite beautiful and they reflect almost all the architectural aspects of this small resort town with a long but almost unpreserved history.

The first thing that catches your eye at the entrance to the city of Obzor from Varna is the burnt-out skeleton of a bus, which, they say, has been standing here for a very long time. And it immediately begins to seem like there’s some kind of post-apocalypse here. But in fact it is a very nice Balkan town. Well, of course, it’s a little spoiled by the 21st century and the tourism business, but you can also find Bulgarian tradition here.

Sights of Pattaya on your own, which ones are better to visit on your own, and which ones to take an organized tour?

Are excursions in Pattaya on your own worth it?

On forums about Thailand, there is an opinion that it is always better to go on all the excursions on your own, that a guide only gets in the way, and that you can see more of everything.

To be honest, I don’t quite share this point of view. For example, if you and a small child decide to visit the Elephant Farm, then you can only get there by taxi. Why overpay for a taxi if the excursion costs the same as the entrance ticket. Those. in fact, they will pick you up from your hotel and return you home for free - It’s more profitable to take an excursion to such places.

I will add that many of the attractions of Pattaya have hidden places that even long-livers do not know about, for example, almost no one knows where you can ride elephants, and you are also unlikely to find the long-necked Koren tribe yourself.

And the last point when it is worth taking an organized excursion instead of an independent one is exclusive tours. So it will be very difficult for you to get to Monkey Island near Pattaya, the Oyster Farm and many other places where excursions are organized.

Otherwise, I am for independent excursions and a trip to the Sights of Pattaya on your own!

We tried to make a list of which Pattaya attractions are best to visit on your own. We highly recommend having this list on hand if the weather suddenly becomes cloudy, or if you’re simply in the mood to visit something new.

Khao Kheo Zoo

The zoo is a must visit! I do not recommend taking a tour here, because... they pass many interesting places, i.e. with a tour you will see 50% of what is here. You are unlikely to be taken to the section with aquatic animals, where through transparent glass you can watch a swimming hippopotamus or penguins diving from the second floor; you may not even be stopped at the birdcage, where there are multi-level passages with waterfalls and huge Toucans; you will be taken to only one approach to the giraffe, where there is a crowd of Chinese, but they will not stop you on the other side, where you can calmly admire all the animals from the Heights. It’s better to devote the whole day to the Zoo and be sure to go around by transport: your own bike, taxi, rent an electric car at the entrance. Although at the very beginning you have to stop every 5 minutes and this is wildly annoying - then the distances increase sharply to 5 kilometers.

Golden Buddha Hill

Excursions to the Golden Buddha are offered as needed. Most likely they just deliver it to . They don’t bring it to the Beautiful Chinese Garden at all. Of course, if you take an excursion, you can get free transport, because there is no public transport here. But if you eat on your own, you can visit the Golden Buddha, the Chinese Garden, an observation deck, and end the day in the chic restaurant Zucchini and Condomy.

Underwater World Pattaya

After the reconstruction in 2014, an excellent aquarium, I liked it much more than in Bangkok, and the Pattaya one costs 2 times more. If you are not spoiled by excellent aquariums, you want to watch sharks swim above you, feed fish from your hands, look at stingrays and much, much more - it’s better to go yourself. You won't win in terms of price, but you will have much more time. I walked here for probably 4 hours, constantly returning to previous halls or waiting for the next group to pass.

Nong Nooch Garden

One of the most interesting places in Pattaya! Many people go to this city just for this garden, and I’ll tell you honestly that if you are not spoiled by travel and don’t fly to Europe for the weekend, then this garden will blow your mind! It's definitely worth spending the whole day there. Nong Nooch Garden is a stunning blend of landscape design and Thai imagination. If you want to bring good photographs from Thailand, then you should go to Nong Nooch Park.

Visit Nong Nooch on your own: It is located about 30 km from the city, far from the Tak-Tuk route. But at the park itself you can order a free transfer from your hotel. It will be quite interesting for children, because... there are a lot of interactive sculptures that you can touch

Temple of Truth

One of the most famous temples in Thailand and the most famous in Pattaya! One of the Thai millionaires initially builds the Thai Wonder of the World and he comes up with a magnificent wooden temple! The level of skill is simply amazing, so I highly recommend going there. Every hour there is a tour in Russian, but I didn’t really like it because... there are a lot of “statistics” and few living stories.

Visit the Temple of Truth on your own: Getting to the Temple of Truth is quite difficult, the road goes through small alleys and with constant turns, so either take a taxi or an online map. The cafe on site is expensive and tasteless, and entertainment is expensive, so children may get bored.

Miniature Park Mini Siam

A park in which the main attractions of the whole world are recreated in miniature. More precisely, the park is divided into 2 parts: Sights of the world and sights of Thailand. The park is especially beautifully transformed in the evening, when all the attractions are illuminated. That is why it is better to visit the park around 17.00, so you will be able to see everything both during daylight and at night. You can also take a free sun umbrella at the entrance, because... There is very little shade in the area.

Visit Mini Siam on your own: It is located on Sukhumvit within the city limits, so you can easily get there by tuk-tuk. They sell ice cream and excellent brewed coffee on site, and right next door there is a McDonald's, Karting, a Plant Market, and an Arena for Thai fights, where real serious tournaments are held! The kids love it here!

Crocodile Farm and Million Year Stones Park

I expected a boring tourist place from the crocodile farm, but I was very much mistaken. The farm owners organized more than worthy entertainment! My favorite thing was feeding the crocodiles with chicken from a fishing rod, crocodile steak, and the rock garden! Didn't like: crocodile show.
Visit the crocodile farm on your own: You can only get to it by your own transport, which is of course a minus, but I wouldn’t go here with a guide either, because... Groups ran past us several times. The problem with excursions is that the guide has nothing to tell - everything is brand new, and you need to do a lot of excursions a day, so they just run with tourists along the main route, then give them 30 minutes to walk around on their own and immediately take them away. And it’s very cool to take a walk on the farm - there are active tigers, a zoo with giraffes, large playgrounds and much more. Therefore, it is better to order a transfer, but not an excursion. It is worth visiting with children, there is a lot of interesting things for them.

Three Kingdoms Park

A very good Chinese-style theme park, and there is a free car museum park very close by. Here you can rent Chinese national costumes and take great photos. Overall a great quiet place with good views.

Three Kingdoms Park is one of the non-tourist attractions of Pattaya, and is also located on its outskirts, so public transport does not go here. During the winter, we really liked to come here for a walk, but if I had been in Pattaya for just a couple of weeks, I would have chosen something else.

Tiger Zoo in SiRacha

As the name implies, this is a zoo where much attention is paid to tigers. Here you can feed the tiger cubs from a bottle (this is just the most mi-mi-mi, all the girls are delighted), play with them in the enclosures, and watch a tiger show. Of course, there are other animals: elephants, piglets, and goats. Everyone can be fed and everyone can be ridden. Apart from the tiger cubs, the zoo is inferior to Khao Kheo, but you can go there.

Go to the Sriracha Tiger Zoo on your own: Children, of course, will be interested, but there are tigers + Thai carelessness. If a child behaves inappropriately, the tiger will attack. The zoo is 40 km away. from Pattaya and 7 from the highway. (But very close to Khao Kheo).

Sheep farms

As of 2016, there are 2 large sheep farms in Pattaya. One is simpler, where it’s nice to relax: you let the children into the rabbits’ enclosure, and you yourself sit in the shade of the trees with a delicious cocktail. The second one is more touristy - the sheep there are like something out of a cartoon: perfectly clean, with very soft wool, on the territory itself there are a lot of places for interesting photographs, but it’s just like in a museum, i.e. You can’t sit and relax.

Silver Lake

Famous Thai vineyard. Very tasty grapes and homemade wine are grown and sold here. They can only be purchased here. The park became famous because... He was the first to place interesting elements for photographs on his territory. Various flower swings, or a huge pumpkin with a huge watering can.

Visit Silver Lake on your own: Little shade, large area for walking in the open air. Otherwise everything is very interesting.

Elephant Village

The elephant village is very ambiguous. This was actually the first attraction that we visited in Pattaya on our own. It turned out that there are several farms in Pattaya: about 3, and you can ride elephants almost everywhere. The best elephant show is in Nong Nooch Park. And the skating itself is quite boring, you sit and swing and realize that in the next 30 minutes you will only ride 500 meters, i.e. you can really see the destination you will be driving towards. But on the other hand, the guide told the story that before there were a lot of elephants in Thailand and they were used for work, but then this was banned, and the mahouts could not feed the elephants, so they were simply shot. For example, in Cambodia and Laos at one time there were no elephants left at all. The Thais came up with Elephant Farms so that tourists would come to admire and feed the animals. Only thanks to this it is possible to save these animals. That's why we try to feed the elephants in any place =) They are cool.

Transvestite show: Alcazar show, Colosseum, Tiffany

All shows are approximately the same and all follow the same scenario: some popular song starts, a boy dressed as a girl comes out to it and opens his mouth, and other boys dressed as girls dance around. Previously, this was unusual for us, so the show gained enormous popularity, but now boys dress up as girls, grow beards and sing on TV, so people attend the show simply because of the image, and not because there is something interesting there.

floating market

The place is interesting, but 100% touristic. Those. they dug 3 canals from scratch, put in traders there with small tourist items and a 300% markup, set them up around the shops and called it all a floating market. I would go for the exotic stuff, but everything there is very sleek and very small. If this is your first time in Thailand, then you can take a look.

Visit the floating market on your own: children will be bored, you can get there on a white tuk-tuk, which runs around Sukhumvit.

Dinosaur Park

Designed to be an amazing place to take your kids for a walk, where you'll encounter full-size moving dinosaur statues in the middle of the jungle. But as of 2014, the park is in decline. There are no visitors, the statues are falling apart, nothing is moving, entry costs 500 baht. The only plus is that at the entrance to the Park there is a giant dinosaur skull, the size of an adult human. It attracts attention. But there is nothing to do inside!

Wat Yan Temple

An active temple complex. Of all the temples around Pattaya, Wat Yang is the most unusual. Many admire its shape, many are decorated with bushes, many really like the inside of the temple. There are wax statues of mnachs there - they look amazing! More precisely, I would advise visiting the temple itself precisely because of them, because... Wat Yan, upon closer inspection, does not seem so chic, especially since you can’t go inside it, and the gates boarded up with boards generally spoil the impression. Behind the temple there is a mountain with an observation deck and an imprint of Buddha. The climb is hard and hot, and the view is not worth it. Therefore, this is not a mandatory part of the excursion.

Visit Wat Yan on your own: there is no public transport, children may be bored, women need clothes with covered ankles and shoulders, men with covered knees.

Chinese temple

Very close to Wat Yan there is a Chinese temple. And this is what I recommend. To be honest, I’m not a fan of art, or rather, I don’t understand it. But the temple contains very interesting sculptures - there are soldiers from the Chinese Terracotta Army, there are Shaolin monks, there is a balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains. There is a park nearby where you can buy turtles and release them into the lake, or feed the fish.

Visit a Chinese temple on your own: There is no public transport, children will be bored, you need to walk around the temple without shoes, all the signs are in Chinese and English.

Rock Carving of the Golden Buddha

The largest rock image of Buddha in Thailand. It is laser cut into the rock and filled with gold leaf. There is a small park with gazebos around. Everything is very clean and tidy. Hidden away at the bus stop is one of the elephant farms. You will have to look for it, because... There are no identifying marks. It’s a pity, but in the evenings the rock is not illuminated, but it would be very beautiful.

Koh Larn island and its viewing platforms.

Koh Larn is the closest island to Pattaya with heavenly beaches. The swim is only 40 minutes. You can stay overnight on Koh Lan, and many people love it for its silence and starry sky, because... At night the island dies out, and in the morning you are the first to find yourself on the beach. I like to ride around Kolan on a bike, because... Its mountains offer stunning views!

Samet Island

Samet Island is considered a national reserve and its beaches are considered to be some of the best in Thailand. In addition to tours to local hotels, tourists from Pattaya are also brought here to see the good beaches. There is perfectly white fine sand and a magnificent blue sea. At night, tables or blankets are laid out on the beach and magnificent fire shows are organized on the beach for everyone. I highly recommend that you go here, but not as a tour, but on your own for the weekend.

Koh Sichang Island

An island that is presented as a historical excursion. There really is something to see: this is the royal palace, the Katian temple, carved into the rock, and stunning observation platforms. There is also a small beach on the island, which is completely empty on weekdays and fills up on holidays. Everyone leaves for the island from the city of Sirachi, where there is also a lot of interesting things to see (a pool with giant turtles)

Viewpoints in Pattaya

There are 2 official viewing platforms in Pattaya. One 24-hour service is very close to the Golden Buddha on Pratamnak, and the second is near the port with a large illuminated Pattaya sign. The second one closes after dark. Of course, every skyscraper can be considered an observation deck; the restaurant in the Pattaya Park Tower is also very popular.

Go to the observation decks on your own: Public transport does not go here, and there are no pedestrian paths; many people do not know and have to walk along the roadway. But when you get there, there are a lot of interesting things around each one that you won’t see on an organized excursion.

Temple of Hell and Heaven (Wat Saen Suk)

Located 60 kilometers from Pattaya. The place is strange, it shows in the form of sculptures the punishments that await sinners. And the sculptures are made very creepy. A murderer whose stomach is torn open and a raven eats his intestines, or a woman who drinks hot lead for drunkenness. In general, the place is not very popular.
Visit the Temple of Heaven and Hell on your own: there is no public transport, all signs are in Thai, rarely in English, it’s better without children

Chicken King Farm

It’s difficult to call this place a landmark, but the structure is quite unusual, which is why it is often found in guidebooks. In fact, this is a banquet hall with beautiful grounds. I wouldn't go on purpose. The decoration of the territory is purely in Thai style: There are antique statues, but for the Thais they are too white, so the statues are dressed in real colorful clothes.

Take a trip to the Chicken King Farm on your own: Children will be bored; you can get there on a White tuk-tuk, which goes along Sukhumvit. Entrance to the territory is paid.

Museum of 3D paintings (Art paradise pattaya)

A museum of interactive paintings, when a painting can extend beyond its boundaries and you are invited to become part of this painting. It is in Pattaya that the museum is very well thought out and they try to take care of it so that there are no visible scuffs from frequent photographs, or peeling walls, etc. But on the other hand, such galleries have now begun to appear in all cities, including here in Russia (they definitely already exist in St. Petersburg and Moscow).

Visit Art paradise pattaya on your own: You can get there by public transport, the kids really like it.

Cartoon Network Amazone

A water park opened in 2014, forty kilometers from Pattaya. Those. there is a small water park in Pattaya itself, near the Patatya Park hotel and there is a new Cartoon Networl Amazone. This is a large theme park with many rides.

Go to the water park on your own: there are white tuk-tuks running around Sukhumvit, of course it will be interesting for children, but the prices for a water park are still too high.

Waterpark "Romayana"

To be honest, when it opened, I didn’t even pay attention. Its name is kind of soviet, as if the very rich Roma opened some kind of business for his Yana, we usually open beauty salons, but here is a water park, why not. But more than a year has passed and there are a huge number of positive reviews and almost no negative ones. The only complaint about the water park is the price and buffet. The buffet is crap and everything is very overpriced.

Open from 10:00 to 18:00
Price: 1500 baht per adult and 1100 baht per child. Locker for things 50 baht.

Pattaya is a resort city located in Thailand on the eastern part of the Gulf of Thailand. The Pattaya sightseeing tour is a multi-topic display, as a result of which you will learn a lot about the famous buildings of both ancient and modern times.

The sightseeing tour may differ from one tour operator to another and have varying reviews. In any case, as you understand, nothing is completely free.

Elephant tour in Pattaya

And if you go on such an excursion, then you will have to visit a latex factory, the Gems Gallery jewelry factory, where you will quickly be told about the production of latex pillows or the mining of precious stones, and most of the time will be left to convince you that buy something. If you do not want to spend most of your time, then it is better not to go on this excursion.

If shopping is part of your plans during your holiday in Pattaya, then you can go, just keep in mind that the prices in the places where the guides take you are more expensive than in ordinary small shops that you yourself can find in the city.

Main part

The classic sightseeing tour, which will introduce you to the city, is free and included in the price of the tour. The guide will take you to the observation deck, which offers beautiful views of the city and the bay at any time of the day.

Street traffic in Pattaya

It is located in the city center on one of the highest hills, namely PattayaHill. It also houses a statue of the father of the Royal Thai Navy, who is in the service of King Rama V. The next stop will be the Pattaya Orchard, the territory of which is divided into several thematic zones.
