  • One and a half thousand rubles for flights in the central (European) part of Russia;
  • Two and a half thousand rubles on flights between the Far East and the European part of Russia, on other destinations within the borders of Russia;

Tickets from Ural Airlines are subject to exchange with a change in departure date under the following conditions:

  1. If a passenger cancels a flight for a forced reason and proves it with documents, the company will exchange it for another date and time without penalties.
  2. Premium and Business Class tickets are exchanged free of charge, regardless of the reason.
  3. You can change the departure date of an Economy Class ticket, but only after paying the fine provided for by the air carrier's rules.
  4. Tickets under the Promotional class tariff plan are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. An exception can only be a forced reason.
