Kabardinka central beach on the map. Beaches in Kabardinka

Basic moments

The tourist season in Kabardinka lasts from May to November, and all these months there is wonderful dry weather. The resort area is protected from strong northeastern winds by the spurs of the Markotkh ridge. In terms of the number of sunny days and the absence of fog, the resort village resembles the southern coast of the Crimean Peninsula.

The entertainment industry is developed in Kabardinka. There are restaurants, bars, nightclubs and discos here that will not let those looking for a fun and noisy company get bored. From the resort village, boat trips on high-speed boats and yachts along the Black Sea coast are popular. Several times a day, the large pleasure boat Orion leaves the central pier and takes interesting excursions. Those for whom this is not enough can easily get to Novorossiysk or Gelendzhik, where there is even more entertainment.

People come to Kabardinka not only for a beach holiday. Many people like to spend active holidays in these places, windsurfing, diving, and cycling or walking in the surrounding foothills. Some tourists prefer to explore the Black Sea coast during ATV or jeep tours.

Central beach of the resort village

Kabardinka lies on the shore of the spacious Tsemes Bay, and stone breakwaters separate the coast from the high sea waves. All beaches on this section of the Black Sea coast are only pebbly.

The central beach of the resort is public and free. It stretches along the sea for 150 m and has a width of up to 25 m. The beach area is very clean and is in no way inferior to the private beaches of sanatoriums, camps and boarding houses. It is always crowded here, and there are especially many people during the peak summer influx of tourists. At this time, professional doctors and rescuers are on duty on the shore every day.

Central beach of Kabardinka

On Kabardinka beach you can rent sun loungers and parasols, and there is also a large shady canopy under which you can hide in the heat of the day. Beach lovers can use the changing rooms, paid showers and toilets.

A pier adjoins the central beach from the north. Boats constantly depart from it for sea excursions or fishing. From the pier begins the beach area, which belongs to the boarding house "Pochtovik". On the opposite, southern side, the Kabardinka municipal beach borders the mouth of the Doob River, behind which the Metro beach area begins.

Families with children prefer to relax on the central beach. There is a special play area here, and nearby is LunaPark, which is very popular among the little guests of the resort village.

From the side of the residential building there is an embankment along the beach. This is a place where many cafes, snack bars, bars and restaurants are open in the summer. If tourists are hungry, here you can find everything you need - from light snacks to a set lunch. On the Kabardinka embankment there are souvenir shops, a pharmacy and shops selling resort goods - swimsuits, swimming trunks, sunscreen, towels and sun hats.

Tourists relaxing on the beach can use the services of massage therapists, including specialists in Thai massage. There are also installations for hydromassage with sea water on the shore, and near the embankment you can undergo peeling procedures with Garra Rufa fish.

Water activities are available to everyone who finds themselves on the central beach of Kabardinka: banana boat rides, parachute flights behind a speedboat, water skiing, rental of jet skis and catamarans. Snorkeling enthusiasts can always rent a mask and fins. In the coastal area there is a bungee ride, water slides, and tables for those who like to play air hockey.

Other beaches of Kabardinka

From the border of Novorossiysk towards Kabardinka there is a chain of picturesque wild beaches. The beaches at Cape Penai, located 3-4 km from the resort village, are especially popular. In this place, the steep coast is only 3-5 meters away from the sea. Wild beaches are usually visited by lovers of secluded recreation, for whom sunbathing and swimming in front of a large crowd of people is uncomfortable. You can get to the wild beaches of Kabardinka along the M4 highway. From the highway to the beaches you go down the paths.

With residential development begins a series of well-maintained beaches belonging to various sanatoriums, boarding houses and children's health camps. Between the beaches of the Lazurny and Kabardinka boarding houses there is an area of unequipped coastline with wild beaches. Another wild beach is located between the beach areas owned by the Znamya and Sputnik camps.

There is also an unmaintained piece of the coastal strip just behind the embankment. It is often called the “public village beach.” When the central beach of Kabardinka is overloaded, many tourists come here, because this beach is covered with flat pebbles, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and convenient.

Active recreation in Kabardinka

Many tourists prefer to spend their holidays actively, not limited to just swimming in the sea and sunbathing. There are several places for extreme sports fans in Kabardinka. In the center of the resort village, on Mira Street, there is a rope park “Uzelok”. Children and teenagers will especially enjoy passing obstacles in it. Adults can find similar entertainment in the extreme park, which is located on the embankment, near the Pearl of the Sea sanatorium. The obstacles it contains are a real test of the vestibular system, courage and dexterity.

Fans of water activities can visit the nearby Hellas water park. It is not very large in size, but is equipped with different slides and separate pools for adults and children. The Nadezhda sanatorium also has its own water park in Kabardinka. Fans of diving can enjoy underwater diving, and those who want to fight the waves and wind can enjoy windsurfing equipment, which can be rented on the Smena beach.

Water park in the Nadezhda sanatorium

At Metro Beach there is a free equipped beach volleyball court and table tennis tables. The Pearl of the Sea sanatorium has a fenced area for playing paintball. Modern gyms have been created at the Olympus stadium and in several sanatoriums.

Fans of active riding use the services of companies offering bicycle tours around Kabardinka, as well as trips around the surrounding area on ATVs and jeeps. From the spurs of the Markotkh ridge, where these travelers reach, there are magnificent views of Kabardinka, Cape Doob, the expanses of Tsemes Bay, Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik.

Memorable places in Kabardinka and its surroundings

During the Great Patriotic War, Kabardinka and the front line were separated by only 20 km. The Black Sea coast was engulfed in fierce battles in which more than 4 thousand local residents died. In memory of their feat, a Military Memorial was erected in the central square of the resort village. It is located to the north of the bus station and the intersection of Revolyutsionnaya and Mira streets. Every year on May 9, crowded rallies are held near the memorial, in which relatives of the victims also take part.

During one of the most difficult periods of the Great Patriotic War, in order to strengthen the firepower of the front, a fortified artillery battery was placed 3.5 km from Kabardinka, on the way to Novorossiysk. Powerful naval guns and reinforced concrete pillboxes were installed on the shore.

Military memorial "Zubkov Battery" Military memorial "Zubkov Battery"

The location was chosen well, and the artillerymen under the leadership of Captain Andrei Emmanuilovich Zubkov could control the entire water area of Tsemes Bay. They kept enemy ships under constant targeted fire and did not allow them to approach the Novorossiysk piers. The fearless commander Zubkov was even called the “port controller.”

The Germans bombed the battery non-stop, and planes with aerial bombs flew over the fortifications day and night. A lot of combat crews died here, and the guns themselves had to be replaced several times. And when there were short breaks, front-line artists came to the battery. Today, on the site where the artillerymen fought, near the Don highway, there is a memorial. It consists of a ship's cannon, an entrance to an artillery cellar, a pillbox and a military cemetery where fallen soldiers are buried.

In Kabardinka itself, on the steep Cape Doob, which juts out into the sea, a monument was erected in honor of those who died on the ship “Admiral Nakhimov”. A large passenger sea ship sank on the night of August 31 to September 1, 1986. During the disaster, about a third of everyone on board did not survive, and 423 people drowned in the waters of the bay. The composition, reminiscent of the tragedy, was created a year after the incident. At the memorial you can see a clock raised from the seabed. They show the time when the ship began to sink. About 2 miles from the resort village there is a black barrel at anchor in the waters of Tsemes Bay. It marks the site of the disaster and is clearly visible from the cape in good weather.

Natural and historical attractions

In the central part of the resort village, between Chernomorskaya Street and Mira Street, there is a small area of the Old Park. Despite its modest size - 0.5 hectares, the park area is very popular among guests of Kabardinka and local residents. Since the early 2000s, architectural structures of different eras and styles have been located here. The author of the unusual idea, which was called the “Alley of Civilizations,” was a local resident and talented sculptor Alexander Alekseev.

Near a small park pond there is a medieval tower, and on an island surrounded by water there is a rotunda, which also serves as a fountain. The old park in Kabardinka is planted with evergreen shrubs and trees, and it is very pleasant to walk through it. There is also an art gallery and a florist workshop. The park is open daily from 8.00 to 22.00.

Not far from the entrance to Kabardinka from Novorossiysk there is the “Kastalskaya font”. On the territory of a picturesque, well-kept landscaped park with a lake, there is a restaurant and a small hotel popular with tourists and local residents. The lake is home to sturgeon and trout, and you can fish here for a fee. Many people come to the “Castal Font” to spend time with friends or with family, stroll among beautiful park sculptures, flowerpots and flower beds, and also taste dishes prepared by local chefs.

Temple in Kabardinka

In the center of the residential development of the resort, between Partizanskaya and Kollektivnaya streets, you can see the St. Panteleimon Church. A church dedicated to one of the revered Christian saints, Panteleimon the Healer, appeared in the village in 1875, thanks to the efforts of the Greek Orthodox community. Its members came here five years earlier from Turkey and brought an icon depicting the saint to Kabardinka.

Unfortunately, the first building of the temple has not survived. In 1937, during the active anti-religious campaign carried out by the Soviet government, it was completely destroyed. The church that can be seen today was built in the 1990s. The ancient icon has been preserved and today is displayed inside the temple under glass. The church building is open daily to everyone - both believers and tourists. Divine services are held there on Fridays, weekends and holidays.

Exhibition halls and galleries

Many travelers, while vacationing in Kabardinka, try to visit the Glass Workshop. It is located at house number 20 on Mira Street. It displays a large collection of glass items - vases, bowls and artistic crafts made by members of the Karelin family.

The Workshop staff conducts interesting excursions, during which you can learn about the traditions and working methods of glassblowers. If desired, guests can attend master classes where they learn artistic glass painting, stained glass fusing technique and working with glass on a gas burner. At the Workshop there is a souvenir shop selling glass products, including beautiful glass jewelry. Tourists are welcome in the Workshop every day: in the summer from 9.00 to 21.00, and in the winter from 10.00 to 18.00.

8.5 km from Kabardinka towards Gelendzhik there is an interesting gallery “Golden Straw”. It's easy to get to. From the bus station you need to take any bus or minibus going to Gelendzhik or through this resort town. You need to get off before reaching the Blue Lagoon, in Maryina Roshcha. The private gallery displays panels, toys and crafts made from straws and shells, made by local resident Galina Sergeevna Shiripova. The gallery sells small souvenirs. It is open to visitors daily from 10.00 to 20.00 at the address: Cherry Lane, 7.

Tourist attractions and attractions

Not far from the Glass Workshop in Kabardinka there is the territory of the Dinopark, where silicone models of 12 lizards from the Jurassic period are exhibited. They are 2 to 3 meters high and are very realistic - dinosaurs can make sounds and move. The Dinopark is open in the summer and welcomes guests daily from 9.00 to 22.00.

Dinopark

Near the bus station, on Kollektivnaya Street, 81, an attraction called “The House Upside Down” was built for all those coming to Kabardinka. The one-story building is upside down on its roof. Its interiors consist of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bath and children's room. Children and those who like to take unusual photographs like to come here. Some visitors even feel slightly dizzy from the illusion created in “The Upside Down House.” This unusual attraction is open daily from 10.00 to 21.30.

Attraction "House Upside Down"

To the west of the bus station, on Revolutionary Street, there is one of the most popular attractions of Kabardinka - the oceanarium. Its exhibitions are divided into several thematic zones. At the entrance you can see the inhabitants of rivers and freshwater lakes. Then guests are taken to aquariums where colorful inhabitants of coral reefs and the sea coast live. Next to them there is a large aquarium with sharks, rays and moray eels, and at the very end there is a pool where seals of the Baltic Sea live.

In the building next to the oceanarium, an exotarium is open for resort guests, in which unusual and rare inhabitants of the Amazon forests, as well as African deserts and semi-deserts are exhibited. These are snakes, lizards, spiders, turtles, crocodiles and tropical birds. Both the exotarium and the aquarium are open to visitors daily from 10.00 to 22.00.

Where to stay and how to eat in the resort village of Kabardinka

Renting housing for a holiday in Kabardinka is not difficult: in the village there is a 5* hotel, several 3-4* hotels, as well as a large selection of guest houses. In the off-season, local sanatoriums and boarding houses readily welcome tourists. At any time of the year, in the resort village there are many offers from private owners who rent out turnkey apartments, rooms and houses to tourists.

The issue of food is also easily resolved here, especially if you stay where full board is offered. Nowadays, such services are provided not only by sanatoriums, boarding houses and large hotels. Today you can get breakfast or three full meals a day by renting rooms in many mini-hotels and guest houses.

Most of the guest houses in Kabardinka are equipped with public kitchens for self-catering. Groceries and semi-finished products in the resort village are bought at the central market and in shops. The assortment of all types of products is quite sufficient, but the prices cannot be called very cheap, since Kabardinka is part of a seaside resort area.

Most catering establishments are concentrated in the central part of the village, and there are especially many of them along Mira Street and on the embankment. In recent years, several canteens operating on a self-service system have appeared in Kabardinka. Most of the village has ordinary cafes, where you can order set lunches from 12.00 to 16.00. There are quite a lot of Caucasian cuisine establishments in Kabardinka; there are also pizzerias, donut shops and pancake shops.

How to get there

Kabardinka is located on the seaside highway - the M4 federal highway, so it’s easy to come here with your own car.

The nearest airport is 13 km from Kabardinka - in Gelendzhik. From here to the resort village there are regular buses, minibuses and taxis, the journey of which takes 20-35 minutes. Some tourists prefer to fly to Anapa or Krasnodar, and then get to Kabardinka on intercity buses that pass through this resort village. From Krasnodar such a road turns out to be long. Depending on whether the bus goes through Novorossiysk or Goryachiy Klyuch, the trip takes from 3 to 4 hours.

The nearest railway station to Kabardinka is located in Novorossiysk. From the train station you can take a taxi, or you can take trolleybus No. 6 and get to the Novorossiysk bus station. From here to Kabardinka and through it there are several buses and minibuses. Novorossiysk and Kabardinka are separated by 22 km, and the journey by regular transport to the resort takes 35-45 minutes.

Another option to get to Kabardinka is to come by train to Anapa or to the Tonnelnaya station and from there get to the resort village by bus, minibus or taxi.

Kabardinka is a small resort located between Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk on the shore of Tsemes Bay. The nearest airport to the village is in Gelendzhik, and the railway station is in Novorossiysk. Buses run frequently between these cities, and the road to Kabardinka takes no more than 40 minutes.

The resort is built in a beautiful valley, where mountains protect the village from cold winds on three sides. The sea water is always warm, and the climate here is considered the driest in the Gelendzhik region. The holiday season begins in May and lasts until the end of October.

First of all, Kabardinka attracts tourists with its clean sea. The coastal strip of Tsemes Bay is covered with pebbles everywhere. The bay is considered the deepest on the Black Sea coast, while the entrance to the water on the beaches is smooth, without sudden changes in depth.

Absolutely all beaches in Kabardinka are free. They stretch along the entire coast from Cape Doob to Novorossiysk. The coastal strip in the village is equipped with everything necessary. The most visited beach in Kabardinka is Central. There is a lot of entertainment on it, but it is very noisy. Of the sanatorium beaches, Victoria Beach is the most popular among vacationers. Lovers of a secluded holiday will not be disappointed in Kabardinka - there are beautiful wild beaches with clean and clear water.

Central Beach

The beach is small - only 200 meters long and 25 wide. If you photograph the coast from a bird's eye view, the number of people fitting on such a small piece of coast will definitely surprise you. In the middle of summer, it is almost impossible to find a free place on the beach. Every piece of sushi is occupied by vacationers.

The popularity of the beach is due to its amenities. The water on the coast is deep blue and very clear, as in the entire Tsemes Bay. Swimmers are protected from waves by breakwaters installed on both sides of the beach.

The beach is crowded, but tourists are satisfied with their vacation. If you want to take a better place, then you just need to come ashore a little early, then you will have the opportunity to sit on a free sun lounger. Newer and more modern sunbeds under a canopy are also available for rental. Facilities on the beach include changing cabins, toilets, and showers. Lifeguards and medical workers on duty monitor the safety of swimmers.

In the beach area there are many different cafes and eateries offering traditional Caucasian and homemade cuisine and refreshing drinks. There is a massage room on the beach all day long where you can relax and unwind.

Vacationers come to Central Beach not only to get a beautiful tan and swim in the clear sea, but also to get a dose of adrenaline and fun. Entertainment here is presented for every taste. There are traditional banana boat rides, tablet rides, and catamaran rides, without which the Black Sea beaches can no longer be imagined. There are also more extreme activities: parachuting, water skiing. A pier has been built in the center of the beach, from which boats regularly depart for excursions around Tsemes Bay.

Beach of the Victoria boarding house

The boarding house is located on the outskirts of the village towards Novorossiysk. You can get to it by car, but you need to be prepared for the fact that there may not be free spaces in the paid parking lot. Kabardinka is a small village, so the best option is to walk to the beach. The journey will take no more than 30 minutes.

The shore on Victoria is small-pebble. On the entire sea coast of Kabardinka, this beach is considered the best, so it is chosen by connoisseurs of comfort and civilized relaxation. There are always a lot of vacationers on the shore, both in the landscaped area, which occupy most of the territory, and in the “wild” area, where people who are tired of the hustle and bustle gather. Local residents prefer to sunbathe and take a dip on the beach of the Victoria sanatorium.

The beach is equipped with everything you need. There are rental umbrellas and sun loungers, changing rooms, showers, toilets, and convenient access to the sea. Swimming on the beach is a pleasure. The water is clean and the bottom drops smoothly. There are a lot of small fish and crabs among the rocks near the breakwaters; snorkelers often come here.

Beach of the boarding house "Kabardinka"

This beach is one of the widest in Kabardinka, it is all covered with small pebbles. Only its guests can access the beach through the boarding house's territory. For others, the entrance to the beach is open on the shore. More precisely, vacationers on the shore will encounter a sign prohibiting entry to outsiders, but no one is monitoring this. From the village center to the beach along the embankment it is only 20 minutes on foot.

Compared to Victoria, there are much fewer vacationers here, but the beach infrastructure is no worse. Near the beach area on the shore there is a dry cargo ship abandoned by the sea, which is very popular among tourists.

Beaches of children's sanatoriums

In Kabardinka there are several sanatoriums for children: Znamya, Sputnik, Albatross, Signal, Smena, Druzhnykh, Express. Almost all of them have signs prohibiting entry to outsiders, but there is no security on the beaches. The beaches of children's boarding houses are always not crowded. As a rule, the only amenities they have are changing cabins. Some have sports fields. Children from the camp are brought to the beach to swim at the same time. It is possible that bystanders will be asked to leave at this point.

Wild beaches of Kabardinka

Mostly wild beaches of Kabardinka are located towards Novorossiysk and near Cape Penai. The first beach is located next to the monument to the sailors of the revolution. This place is known to everyone. The easiest way to get here is by car and leave it next to the observation deck. There are many well-trodden paths leading down to the beach, so it’s impossible to get lost here. This beach is large, but people rarely come here to sunbathe. Here you can easily set up a tent right on the shore. The only negative is the inconvenient entrance to the sea; the bottom here is strewn with boulders and sharp stones.

The wild beaches at Cape Pinay are also easiest to reach by car. Several paths lead to the sea. The coastline on the cape is not very wide. In some places the rocks approach the very edge of the water. People usually come here to relax for one day. It is impossible to set up a tent on the shore, and at night the rocks make it very cold.

Another wild beach is located at Cape Doob. You can get to it on foot; from the center of the village it is only a 40-minute walk. Not long ago, vacationers walked to the beach through the territory of the Mayak tourist center. Now in its place there is an elite cottage community, so the passage to the sea is blocked by a fence. Now we have to go down dangerous paths from the shore. The entire beach stretches for almost 2 km towards Gelendzhik. Sometimes tourists with tents stop on the beach; nudists also like to come here.

The beach of the recreation center "Bereg" can be considered wild. This beach is the first one encountered on the way by tourists entering Kabardinka from Novorossiysk. You can get to the beach only along the shore from the village or from the beach of the Victoria boarding house. There are no amenities on the beach, but there is a wide, flat shore and a clear sea. Entry into the water is gradual, which allows you to relax on the beach with children.

1. The sea in Kabardinka is magical. I have never seen the Black Sea like this, it is blue and absolutely shining. We sunbathed on the village beach, which is between two breakwaters. It is clean and well maintained, but very cramped. There were many paid sun loungers along the sea, given the number of sunbathers, sometimes it was very difficult to get to the water. I don’t like to get up early, so I spread a towel wherever there was room, sometimes I had to lie shoulder to shoulder with my neighbors. It was possible to walk along the shore of the village and find a freer beach, but I was too lazy.

The sea in Kabardinka is deep and clean. Swimming is a pleasure. Already two meters from the shore it hides completely. But the tan did not bring such pleasure. There are a lot of people on the beaches in Kabardinka. You won't be able to truly rest. There is always someone yelling, running, smoking nearby. But this did not spoil our holiday. Still, the sea in Kabardinka is the best.

We stayed at the Kabardinka boarding house. Everything was perfect, and the sea was just super – so blue. The beach of the boarding house is very well-groomed; there have never been any algae, pieces of paper, or gobies on the shore. The territory is divided into two parts. We went to sunbathe where there was no rescue tower - it was quieter and there were more sunbeds. The water is clean and warm - swimming is a pleasure. The only drawback is that there are shallows with algae and rocks at the bottom. I love to swim, so I had to swim further away. Locals and vacationers from other resorts often came to the beach. There are slides and trampolines for children.

Prices in 2019 for the private sector and boarding houses in Kabardinka will not be high. In addition, you can look at the objects in the catalog on this page - they all work without intermediaries, directly with tourists.

The village consists of two parts. The main one is located in the valley and extends perpendicular to the coast. This is where most of the rented areas are located. The most expensive and well-equipped bases and sanatoriums are located along the coast along Cape Doob. The greatest distance of rental housing from the coastal zone is about 1 km. The rental price there will be the lowest.

How to get there

The village is located quite conveniently. It occupies part of the eastern coast of Tsemes Bay. The water area of the village is protected from open water by Cape Doob. The buildings themselves are located in a valley starting at the foothills of the Markotkh range. Kabardinka is approximately equidistant from Novorossiysk in the northwest and Gelendzhik in the southeast. Both cities are no more than 15 km away. This allows vacationers to reach their destination without any difficulties. People most often arrive in the village by rail, having bought a ticket to Novorossiysk, or by air, flying to Gelendzhik. There are many minibuses running from the railway station and airport to the village, or landlords organize a convenient transfer. You can also use any of the intercity bus routes running in the direction Novorossiysk - Adler from many Russian cities. All motor tourists come here along the M27 highway.

general information

Legally, the village is part of the Gelendzhik resort area, being one of the regional centers. The number of local residents does not exceed 7,500 people. One of the main areas of resort activity is the improvement of children's health. The local climate and coastal area are ideal for the youngest holidaymakers. The village is sometimes even unofficially called the “Children's Republic”.

Kabardinka has the status of a family recreation area. There are much fewer noisy entertainment venues here than in neighboring resort towns. On the other hand, there is no shortage of quality service. On the coast there is one of the best architectural and landscape parks, there are several diving centers and much more.

The first settlers on the Kabardinka coast were the ancient Greeks. They arrived here back in the 7th century BC. The village became Russian territory after the end of the Caucasian War, and received its current name in 1869. The etymology of the name comes from the name of the Caucasian province of Kabarda, which was the first to recognize the power of the Russian Empire.

Things to do

When coming to Kabardinka on vacation, many people do not know that there are several interesting attractions directly in this small village. First of all, we recommend visiting the Old Park, located near the Central Beach along Mira Street. In this place, local sculptor Alekseev recreated a whole galaxy of architectural structures of various styles and eras. Medieval towers, a Greek temple, even a copy of the Cheops pyramid are available for free inspection by park visitors. At the foot of the Markotkh ridge on the eastern side of the village you can find the Kastal font - a complex that is a health center with a natural pond. They say that those who plunge into the font will not only become physically healthier, but will become rejuvenated and even more beautiful. Also, in the market square of the village, be sure to find the “Upside Down House”. The effect of inverted perception of simple things will amaze you.

The beaches of Kabardinka stretch along the entire coastline of the village, starting from Cape Doob, ending with Cape Penay, from where the Novorossiysk coast begins. Mostly all beaches are pebble. Sometimes there are artificially created sand layers. The width of the beaches is small and does not exceed 30m. The bottom relief is flat and without sharp changes. Many beaches formally have a departmental affiliation with one or another sanatorium or recreation center. But they are open. One of the most popular is the Central Village Beach, located at the very bend of the bay coastline. Wild beaches are concentrated at the southern tip along the federal highway.

Latest reviews about holidays in Kabardinka

Good day!
We vacationed from September 9 to September 16, 2019 in Kabardinka at the Dynasty guest house, building 2.
The room was booked on the second floor with a balcony and a view of the mountains and the pool. The hotel area is clean, well-groomed, the pool is clean, there are sun loungers near the pool. Everything corresponds, price-quality! The room has all new furniture, snow-white pastel linen, a wonderful large bed, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, dishes, a towel, and hygiene items. I would like to mention the large stained glass windows! There is also a laundry service. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, it is very pleasant to breathe the clean mountain air, admire the sunsets and taste local drinks and fruits! There is a large dining room where you can prepare your own food. But you don’t have to worry, since there are canteens and cafes on every corner to suit every taste and budget. It’s a 5-7 minute walk from the sea at a calm pace, it didn’t bother us, if you figure it out, there’s no rush on vacation!
I would especially like to thank the hotel owners! Truly Dynasty!!! The eldest is Kharlampy, a kind-hearted man!!! And what kind of meat he fries... it’s just a fairy tale, you’ll lick your fingers, I highly recommend trying it! Anastasia and Savely are very hospitable hosts, responsive and friendly! I would also like to note the youngest of the dynasty - son Kharlampy - a well-mannered and polite guy! We wish you further prosperity!
Thank you for a wonderful vacation! If we are in Kabardinka, then only with you!
Vitaly and Natalya, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan.

I have been vacationing with three children for 6 years in a row in this wonderful house, which we don’t even think about changing for anything else. Great setting, big yard, great outdoor kitchen. This year a wonderful swimming pool was added (children and adults are delighted, the owners carefully monitor the cleanliness of the pool, as well as the entire yard). The rooms fully meet all our requirements for a relaxing holiday. And the most important thing that I and most of the people who live there like are the magical hosts, who are very friendly, responsive, always welcome to everyone, and are always ready to help. Yulia and Nikolai thank you so much for a wonderful summer from our entire friendly family.

Good evening! We have been vacationing with Anastasia and Vitalik for the 2nd year. September this year was very hot, we rested from September 1 to September 14. Just like the first time, we never regretted that we chose Holiday Houses on Akvarelnaya 3 A. Nastya and Vitalik’s! Everything is clean, comfortable, quiet, the most wonderful place to relax with children or just a young couple. There is a good beach "Prometheus", if you have a car, then 3 km from the room to the place, you can take a taxi! If we have the opportunity, we will come next year! I recommend it to everyone! PS. Parking, large shared kitchen, shops and pharmacies nearby! Anastasia and Vitalik will answer all questions, help and advise! I planted flowers and took vitamins.

We vacationed with our daughter at Domashny Ochach in early October. The room is very cozy, there is everything you need for comfort: split system, shower-toilet, TV, refrigerator, kettle, set of dishes, Wi-Fi. In the kitchen you can do laundry in an automatic machine, there is an ironing board, iron, and microwave. All utensils for cooking.
There was no declared swimming pool, but in the month of October it is not particularly needed))
I won’t say it’s very close to the sea. 10-15 minutes of leisurely walking along the shady streets is even a plus. Within walking distance of the central market, Magnit. Across the road is a small grocery store with everything you need.
The yard is very well-groomed, clean, surrounded by greenery. There is room for several cars. The owners are friendly, friendly people, not pushy.
Next time we will only stay here!

We vacationed with my husband at the beginning of September. The area is very well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery, flowers, pomegranates, pears, apples, and figs grow. The owners offer treats as the fruits ripen. The start of the holiday was wonderful, but a couple of days later a noisy company stopped by. They didn’t let us sleep either at night or in the morning, and we asked them to be quieter, they reacted calmly, promised not to make noise, but apparently they couldn’t do it. After suffering for several days, we decided to move out. We approached the owner, he decided everything simply - he moved us to another room, where we could not hear a sound from the hotel territory, at one time we even thought that we had no neighbors. The hosts are very responsive. They meet any request halfway (we asked about real honey, so the owner called her friends who run the apiary and practically took us there by the hand). Praskovya Konstantinovna is an excellent cook; you can order lunch from her for a nominal fee. Thank you for a great vacation!

One of the most popular resorts in Russia. The village is located on the shore of Tsemes Bay in a wide valley that smoothly descends to the sea. The beauty of a holiday in Kabardinka is that the beaches there are protected from the winds on the southwestern side by Cape Doob protruding deep into the sea, and on the northeast by the spurs of the Markotkhsky ridge. Therefore, quite a lot of health institutions are located on the shores of Kabardinka, but the beaches remain free and accessible to all vacationers.

Kabardinka beaches have sand or pebbles, so everyone can find a place for a good rest.

Wild beaches

There are two wild beaches in Kabardinka:

  1. On the border with Novorossiysk.
  2. In the area of Cape Penai.

On the border of Novorossiysk and, more precisely, at the Monument to the Sailors of the Revolution, there is a wild beach, which has a quite spacious territory. This beach is popular not only among tourists, but also among local residents, so there are quite a lot of paths trampled over decades that will help you get to the beach in the shortest and easiest way. The beach consists of large pebbles, and the entrance to the sea is rocky, so this place is not suitable for a family holiday - it is dangerous for children to enter the sea on their own. But this inconvenience is compensated by the picturesque rocks that surround the beach. They are a favorite place for indigenous people and visiting amateur photographers.

Not far from the monument there is an observation deck from which a beautiful view opens. In addition, there is a parking lot there, which means you can leave your car under supervision.

The second wild beach is near Cape Penay. The landmarks are Captain Zubkov's battery and the Cossack Kuren cafe. The shore is rocky and pebbly. In some places the rock wall enters the sea, but generally it is several meters away from the sea. Due to this feature of the coastline, quite a lot of secluded places are created. Therefore, many call the wild beach near Penay a place for romantics.

Equipped pebble beaches

Among the most comfortable and cultivated pebble beaches, it is worth noting the beach near boarding house "Victoria". Its width is about 20 meters and its length is 200 meters. A very small part of this coastline is undeveloped and unmaintained, and is therefore considered the “wild part”. The rest of the beach area is quite well developed and has:

  • locker rooms;
  • wooden and plastic sun loungers;
  • hydromassage;
  • cafe;
  • dive center;
  • toilet;
  • inflatable slides.

The beach is artificially covered with small pebbles, which is comfortable to relax on. In addition, the breakwaters, the base of which is strewn with large boulders, are a favorite place for divers and fishermen. There are a large number of crabs and fish there. The water there is incredibly clean, the same as in the open sea, so standing on the breakwater you can admire the movement of marine inhabitants. This place is loved not only by avid male fishermen, but also by their wives and children.

Another beach that deserves attention has been equipped with a wellness center complex "Lazurny". Its length is relatively small - only 80 meters. It is strewn with natural pebbles, but at the same time good enough for a good rest. On the beach there are:

  • rescue post;
  • showers;
  • locker rooms;
  • first aid station;
  • toilet;
  • urns.

Not far from the beach there is a cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast or dinner.

Sand and pebble beach

Kabardinka has its own city-wide central beach with sand and pebble surface. The best hotels in the resort are located 300-700 meters away. It is the best beach in Kabardinka, as it is perfectly cultivated and has a lot of entertainment, as well as umbrellas, awnings, an aerarium, sun loungers, a massage room and a cafe. There is also a wide range of water activities - from parachuting to yachting.

What is so attractive about Kabardinka? The sandy beach closest to its center is located in Gelendzhik, 13 kilometers away. However, the fame of the beaches of this seaside settlement spread throughout the country.

Unique location

The village of Kabardinka is located in Tsemes Bay, which got its name because of the Tsemes River flowing into it. This bay is located in the northern part of the Black Sea coast.

Its length is 15 kilometers, its width at the entrance is 9 km, while in the central part it is only 4.6 km. This bay is protected from bad weather on one side (southeast) by Cape Doob, which extends into the sea for a considerable distance, and on the other, northeast, by the spurs of the Markot ridge. Thanks to this protection, the climate of Tsemes Bay and Kabardinka in particular differs from the climate of the rest of the Caucasian coast of the Black Sea. It is drier and more reminiscent of Crimea and its southern coast.

Warm sea

The climate and beaches of Kabardinka have made it incredibly popular among vacationers. This village is located between Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik, of which it is a municipal association. Just a 10-minute ride by shuttle bus - and you are in the large city of Novorossiysk, which is visible from one of the peaks of Cape Doob. Despite this proximity, it is in Kabardinka, and only in it, that the largest number of sunny days a year is observed. This and the gradual deepening allow the sea water to warm up well, which cannot but attract families with children.

Five kilometers of pebbles of different sizes

Absolutely the entire 5 km long coastline is covered with small, medium and large pebbles. The beaches of Kabardinka stretch specifically from the monument to revolutionary sailors, which stands near Cape Penai, and to Cape Doob.

As you approach the center, wild beaches give way to more and more comfortable ones. And the central piece of coastline is so densely covered with the bodies of vacationers that you can’t see the ground. The beaches of Kabardinka are all pebbly, sand and pebble inclusions are rare. There are no sandy beaches on this stretch of the Black Sea coast. It is quiet, calm and clean here - even the wild beaches are not polluted. With their pristine beauty they attract not only visitors, but also local residents who are able to appreciate this or that piece of the coast.

Relict thickets

The beaches of Kabardinka and its surroundings attract vacationers due to the climate, cleanliness of the sea and well-groomed coastline. Located just 13 kilometers from Gelendzhik, Kabardinka, in contrast, is a climatic resort.

Mountains with relict trees covering the slopes, a juniper reserve located not so far away, make the air here special, fragrant and healing. Saturated with iodine and plant flavonoids, it is incredibly useful. Therefore, there are many specialized sanatoriums for people with weak bronchi and lungs.

Attractive for children

Not only ecotourism lovers come here. Here in most cases, and the tourist season lasts in Kabardinka from April to November, the weather is mild and dry. The sea here gradually deepens, which makes it safe for children and warm - this is what makes Kabardinka attractive for family holidays. The sandy beach where children love to play is absent here. However, the small pebbles, which are so pleasant to walk and run on, and the gradually deepening sea make this seaside village increasingly popular. Stretching for 5 kilometers, 20 beaches, most of which are free, are also attractive for Kabardinka. Sea, beach, mountains, forest, healing air - few things can compare with this!

Wild nature next to a modern city

There are many forests here that contribute to the creation of wonderful air; the Sheskharis complex covers an area of 994 hectares. The entire southern slope of the Markotkh ridge, which belongs to this complex, is occupied by juniper thickets of 3 species, all of them are listed in the Red Book, as they are representatives of relict flora. The wild beaches of Kabardinka are also known far beyond the borders of this village. They are located, as noted above, on the very outskirts of the coastline belonging to Kabardinka. The first wild beach, as already noted, is located at the monument to sailors. The border between Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik also passes here. Of course, lovers of wild and quiet holidays come here. It is attractive because just a few minutes drive from a major city you can find a corner of truly pristine nature. The path to it from the M-4 Don federal highway is well-trodden, and you can easily find it. It should be noted that the pebbles here are large and entry into the sea is difficult due to the stones, some of which are sharp. But the surrounding nature and the sea of amazing beauty with clean, clear water make up for all the shortcomings.

Wild areas of the coast

The wild beaches of Kabardinka are also famous for their nudist beach, located in a remote secluded corner of Cape Doob. To get to this famous Black Sea beach, you need to come to the cape, go down to the sea and walk along its edge to the left for 15 minutes. Three wild beaches located between the boarding houses “Kabardinka” and “Lazurny” deserve special words.

This piece of coastline is divided by small rock formations. The most tempting is the central area with small, pleasant pebbles. Space on it is usually occupied in the morning. On the two extreme sections the pebbles are large and, naturally, there are not many people there. A rather pleasant wild beach is located between the Sputnik and Znamya camps.

Central beaches

The best beaches of Kabardinka are located both directly in the center of the village and at a considerable distance from it. So, relatively small, only 120 meters in length, the Central Beach of Kabardinka has all the necessary infrastructure, and immediately behind it there are many cafes, restaurants and entertainment complexes. The pebbles here are flat. The beach of the Solnechny sanatorium is exemplary - it is located in the center, in addition to everything necessary, it has a sufficient number of water attractions, without which not a single central beach can do now - a tablet and a banana, a parachute and a jet ski. Catamarans are available for rent. The nearby beach of the Kirovets boarding house also has a water slide that goes straight into the water. All equipped and serviced beaches of Kabardinka have one drawback - there is nowhere for an apple to fall.

Victoria Beach

Victoria Beach is a 40-minute walk from the center. Kabardinka, or rather its comfortable part, begins with this boarding house. Victoria Beach, spacious (200 meters long and 20 wide), with small pebbles, fully equipped and well-groomed, makes the most pleasant impression and is popular among vacationers.

The sea here is clean and relatively safe for children. There is also an inflatable water slide for them. For adults, in addition to the generally accepted beach infrastructure, there is a hydromassage and a dive center. Here you can snorkel, as the base of the breakwaters is covered with large boulders strewn with shells and algae, among which colorful fish and crabs swim.

Beaches of numerous children's camps

The beach of the Kabardinka boarding house is considered one of the best. It is spacious, as it stretches for 250 meters and reaches a width of 70. The beach is accessible only to guests of the boarding house, and therefore is not crowded. The pebbles here are small, so the left part is allocated to the children of the Teddy Bear camp.

It is located 15 minutes walk from the center. There are many children's camps in Kabardinka, and each beach is different in some way. Thus, the children’s camp “Znamya”, bordering the boarding house “Kabardinka”, is located 800 meters from the sea. In this place, the solid rocks running along the coastline part, forming a clearing with a convenient descent to the water, bordered by trees and bushes. The two beaches of the children’s camps “Sputnik” and “Albatross” are well equipped. They have a two-level concrete shore structure, the second floor of which is a solarium, with wooden floors and a convenient staircase leading directly to the clear sea. There is no beach infrastructure, but it is quite pleasant to relax here, because the areas are flat and the descent to the sea is pleasant. The beaches of the Nadym and Metro boarding houses are two-level. They are well equipped - canopies on the second level and near the water above the sun loungers, there are retail outlets and first aid stations, exercise equipment available to everyone. You can also note the beach of the Smena children's camp. It is landscaped, there are rental points and other joys of beach life, but its main advantage and distinctive feature is the fact that its bottom is sandy. Breakwaters and breakers protect it from storms.

The main complaints about pebble surfaces

Of course, for a family holiday with children, this is the best that Kabardinka has to offer. The beaches have very different reviews, I must say. Often people are unhappy with pebbles. Well, why did they go there? The Caucasian coast of the Black Sea has both sandy and pebble surfaces - there is a choice. Forgivable for people traveling to the pebble coast for the first time. But if a person has been here more than once, and is still dissatisfied with the pebbles and shares these impressions online, then this is at least strange. If it were bad here, then there would not be such an influx of people in the area of the village of Kabardinka. Beaches whose reviews are not good enough are best seen for yourself. Or at least view numerous photos, specifically for each of the 20 beaches. It should be noted that the village has several public beaches.

Finally

Considering that the level of services provided and the culture of service in the coastal cities and towns of the Black Sea region have recently increased, we can guarantee a wonderful holiday in Kabardinka.

The beach of the village, any of the 20, is very good in its own way, and for lovers of sandy beaches, getting to them is very close - 10 minutes by minibus, and you are on one of the sandy coasts of Gelendzhik.
