We had a wonderful holiday. We rented a bungalow without any amenities. But at the same time we did not feel any inconvenience. Bungalow on the first line of the sea. Shared toilet and shower nearby. We were given keys upon check-in, so only residents could use the amenities. In principle, there were no queues, everything was clean inside, good pressure of cold and hot water. So we didn't regret our decision. We only took dinner at the hotel itself. Everything is very tasty, home cooking. We went to nearby canteens for breakfast and lunch. It's inexpensive and you can pay by card. In the bungalow we had air conditioning, a refrigerator (convenient, since sometimes we just had sandwiches for breakfast), and a TV. Wi-Fi worked fine. Near the house there is a place for barbecue and grill. The house was cleaned every day. Towels were changed. The beach is pebbly, clean. If you go from the villa to the right, then a little further there will be a sandy beach. There aren't many people there. It's also good to sunbathe and swim. The sea water is warm. There is not much entertainment in Novofedorovka itself. There is an embankment, there are all sorts of cafes and small restaurants. There are children's entertainment - rides, trampolines, cars. The place is good, there is a lot of nature, it is beautiful and still untouched. Holidays in the villa itself are for the unpretentious tourist.

Villa "Magic" is located close to the sea, which makes its location very convenient for lazy people like us. You went out, and the sea was already in front of you. The room is a studio. Small but cozy, all the necessary things for comfort are there and the sound insulation is good. They fed us to the fullest, you can always find something tasty just for yourself. The staff is polite, unobtrusive, and does their job well. The beach is pebbly, not many people, quiet, calm, our cheerful company did not disturb anyone.

Villas "Magic" are located in Novofedorovka, but ours was located on the coast itself. In fact, there are two buildings here: one that is closer to the sea (that’s where we lived), and the second a little further from the beach. I was on vacation with my five-year-old daughter, and we booked a room in the standard comfort category, it was simply gorgeous! Firstly, everything is new, the furniture is good, the plumbing is in good working order. The room has a comfortable bed, a folding sofa that can easily accommodate two children, a safe, and a spacious bathroom. The only thing missing was a kettle, so take your own if possible. The room is cleaned regularly, and if you need to change your linen, just hang a sign on the door. There is an excellent swimming pool with hydromassage on site, which is thoroughly cleaned every morning. There is also a very good dining room here. The chefs, however, cook delicious food, and at an affordable price! On average, lunch costs 350 rubles, and this was enough for my daughter and I for two! Typically, the assortment offers a choice of four types of first dishes, four side dishes and four meats, and salads can be taken without restrictions. Plus compote and fruit. We went to other cafes outside the hotel, but came to the conclusion that our dining room is the best! Leisure activities are very well organized. The entertainment schedule is updated every day at the reception. Here they celebrated Neptune's Day, and discos for children, and all sorts of competitions! And from 14.00 to 17.00 you can watch cartoons and play games with animators. In short, my daughter really liked it! It's a five-minute walk to the beach along a cobblestone path. Sunbeds are paid (100 rubles each, but if with an umbrella, then 200). Towards the end of our holiday, jellyfish appeared in the sea, and we only swam in the pool, but before that the water was simply beautiful. I am very pleased with my vacation this year. We will definitely come here next summer!!!

We vacationed in July 2019. consisting of 3 people: a 3-year-old child, mother and grandmother. The bus dropped us three hundred meters from the villa and we, two fragile women with one small child, rolled two large suitcases along the cobblestones. Like on a washboard. We checked in immediately upon arrival early in the morning. The administrator silently pushed us into the room. We learned about the animation at the villa the evening before departure, the administration does not convey information to the guests in any way, the service, as they say, is unobtrusive. The on-site pool is cleaned every morning, but the rim is still dirty. We chose the "Standard Comfort Magic of the Sea" room. The room itself is bright, clean, modern furniture and appliances, beautiful design. A plus is the availability of beach towels. It would be nice to equip the room with a wall clock and a kettle, so that if you forget about on your phone in the morning and enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee. The faucet and shower head are leaking in the shower. Splashes in all directions. We did not pay attention to this, since the purpose of the trip was to swim in the sea and sunbathe. Well-groomed green area, cozy gazebos and low round lanterns that are lit in the evening make the villa truly magical. But all the magic and attractiveness of this place was twice overshadowed by a sewerage break on the first floor of our building. We covered the distance to our room on the floor above by running, taking in more fresh air into our lungs. The first time, the administration dealt with it quickly and within a couple of hours, the unforgettable aroma of a marine air freshener could be felt in the corridors of the building. The second time, the sewer pipe burst in the evening and the administrator Alexey (I’ll tell you more about him a little later) could not help us. As a result, the stench at night spread into our room on the second floor. Imagine the poor vacationers whose rooms on the first floor were located next to the accident site. Villa "Magic" why do you invite guests to your place if you cannot provide comfortable living conditions?! The departure was also “fabulous”. The day before departure, the receptionist promised that all the information about our transfer and flight would be available the evening before. At the appointed time, we went to the reception to see the administrator Alexey. As it turned out, he was not at all aware of our departure. He found out about the flight, but began to get confused about the transfer location. Geographically, Novofedorovka is a completely unknown territory for him. According to him, the bus was supposed to wait for us half a kilometer from the Magic Villa and the hotel guide would not meet us. That is, two fragile women with one small child and 2 large suitcases had to cover a distance of 500 m, partly on paving stones, and partly along a dusty roadway. In response to our indignation, he lowered his head and mumbled that they had no agreement with the tour operator Biblio-Globus due to bad relations. Poor Alexey had to call a senior administrator for help, who reduced the walking distance to the bus by half. In the morning, Alexey came to accept our room. Gentlemen, we vacationed in Turkey and Greece, but we have never seen such a circus anywhere! Alexei eagerly began to look around the room with a sticky gaze. The first thing he did was count all the hangers in the closet. Then he started asking us for some kind of towel for our feet. As a result, we had to count and show him all 6 towels and a floor mat, which turned out to be the same foot towel. Gentlemen, well, taking a plastic hanger with you as a souvenir of a wonderful holiday at Villa “Magic” was not a good idea, but to steal a dirty foot towel, excuse me. And how can you disrespect your guests in order to accept their room?! Our impressions of Novofedorovka are wonderful, but we will not return to Villa “Magic” and will not recommend it. Crimea, of course, is ours, but we are not welcome there.…
